No job is too large or small. We had them add gutter guards to one half our gutters. Our neighbor's trees were clogging the gutters on that side of the house. No issues on the other side. They came out to give us an estimate the same day as our initial call. Their professional opinion matched the coverage area we had decided needed the guards. The work was scheduled for Saturday the same week. They arrived as scheduled and completed the job in a timely manner. The cost was as quoted. Sherman and his crew did a great job rescreening my pool enclosure with superscreen. I waited 16…read moremonths from Hurricane Irma after getting the runaround from several other rescreening companies and being quoted ludicrous prices. Aluminum Concepts came with a recommendation from the aluminum and screen supplier, who I know personally. That says a lot. He lived up to the recommendation, showing up on time, getting the job done exactly on schedule, and going above and beyond to repair some small issues not addressed in our contract. I asked about ways to reduce my gutter maintenance, and Sherman recommended gutter guards, which work remarkably well so far - I knew about these, but was hesitant to install them, but now that I see them installed professionally, I get it. They also showed up with all the right ladders and tools. They even had some custom built tools specific to the trade that made the job easier. It's clear that they know what they are doing. I am a trade contractor myself, so I know good workmanship, and I know the challenges that contractors have. Sherman handled everything professionally and gave me confidence to trust his judgment. I'm glad I chose the superscreen, despite the added cost. I don't think I would have made the investment if I didn't hire someone who I thought would back the product. Now that I know they do a whole array of aluminum gutter and soffit work, I'll definitely be calling again when the time comes for further service and installation work. I am happy to publicly recommend this company.

While I was at their office, I personally witnessed him cursing out his own team members and even clients. That alone should have been a red flag, but unfortunately, I had already paid for their service. The work they did on my gutters was rushed, sloppy, and downright atrocious--it looked like a cheap, half-baked job that a beginner could've done better. When I expressed my dissatisfaction and asked for at least a partial refund, Emmett was not only dismissive but outright rude, refusing to make things right. This company does not care about quality, customer service, or basic professionalism. Save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone!

We were…read moreoffered the job to be done right away by All Pro Services of SWFL LLC for significantly more than the others quoted us, but we agreed as we wanted it done right away. We now COMPLETELY regret going with this company simply so it could get done sooner. We have numerous leaks along the gutters, it is obvious they were not sealed properly. We were also told a 5th downspout wasn't needed and we are dealing with a significant amount of run off now where it should've gone. Additionally, we also asked for a spout to be moved as we communicated that a new fence gate was going in a certain location and a downspout was installed in its way. When addressed we were told that they would have to come back out at a later date and then was told it was going to be an additional $150 charge, despite us communicating where the new fence was going prior to installation. Needless to say we are beyond disappointed in the installation and service and truly feel taken advantage of because we expected it to be done right for the exorbitant amount we paid, comparatively.
