I have been trying for months to reach this business by phone, and have not had one phone call returned, despite leaving a couple of messages. I finally decided to try reaching out through Yelp. I thought that I'd finally made some headway, as shortly after filling out the form, I received a response with a list of their services and their prices. But it turns out that was merely an automated system response. Where it gets worse is I responded with the service that I would have liked. . . But crickets. Even though Yelp showed that my message was "Read". I gave them a few days, assuming that they were just busy. But I can't believe that a business can be so busy as to not provide at least an acknowledgement. My final communication was reaching out to thank them for their initial automated response and mentioning that I assume they have no availability. And again. . . crickets. The final straw was the notification that my message on Yelp had indeed been received and "Read", yet still ignored. I really wanted and tried to support this women-owned business, but I am extremely disappointed in their lack of communication. Reply to Business Owner's Response: A quick search of my cell phone's call history shows that I did in fact call the correct number. The screenshot below shows that I have been trying to reach out to you since May 2025. And if you look closer, you will see that each of the icons are outgoing calls. Not one call back was ever received from you, despite the voicemail messages that I left. Additionally, I still have my landline, so a couple of calls were also made using that phone number. However, I don't feel that it's necessary to provide a screenshot of those call records. After my last call of October 28, 2025, I finally reached out to you through Yelp in November 2025, which leads us to this review. Thank you for your response to my review, although I wish that I could have received a proper response outside of this forum. Good luck to you in the future.

When i proceeded to call back and finally got to speak to a manager, he told me that they didn't carry the oil my car needed and that the oil they used was fine to use in my car. The car wash is getting much worst; they did something with the chemicals and my flawless car paint looks like crap and I have some new scratches in my paint to where of course he didn't want to address. Instead of addressing, he said numerous times "go to the sparkle car wash then". What kind of customer service tells you to go to another car wash because he doesn't want to address the NEW major issues? The chemicals was changed so that more soap is being used but they are not rinsing the soap off with enough rinse water (MANAGER TOLD ME THIS), so when it comes out to get hand dried, the soap is all over the vehicle and it is being rubbed into the paint which is why the cars look worst. The manager replied, "IT DOESN'T HURT THE PAINT,", and I say it DOES HURT THE PAINT, my 2 vehicles def look way worse than EVER before. It wasn't broke DON'T FIX IT!!!! What happened to this place? I used to go there 3-4 times a week because they were really good, but now, I barely come once a week because it makes me mad to see this car wash destroying car paint. It used to be perfect; hence I been going there for 15 years, the issues are the management.

I feel like a lot of automotive service centers whether it be for sales, repair, tinting, or detailing get a bad reputation for how they interact with women. Unfortunately, this tends to hold true for a lot of places but not at Flash Mobile Detailing. She told me about how great the customer service was and I was personally impressed by how soon they were able to get her into the schedule. My mother's Mercedes has always been kept in good condition, but over the years her headlights started to accumulate severe oxidation and hazing on the exterior. Out of the box solutions I applied either worked temporarily or not at all. I heard about the quality of work that Flash did from other friends in the car scene and honestly this was our last resort. If after this appointment, there was little or marginal improvement, I was just going to look into how much two new ML350 headlight assemblies would cost. This is obviously something I'd rather not expense, but visibility and headlight performance were so poor at night I felt as though it was a hazard for my mother and others on the road. You can't drive safely if you can't see where you're going or if others can't see you! My mother dropped her car off and waited while the team worked. She said they worked quickly, but paid attention to detail and made sure the job was done correctly the first time. All of the oxidation and haziness was removed and every time she drives at night, I get a text about how much of a difference the detail made. I literally got a text tonight out of the blue from her, "Lights are a blessing!"
