A patient was riding his bike and hit a metal ballad pole in the bike path. The patient flipped over his bike, broke his helmet , lost consciousness and lost feeling in his hands and feet. We had to put a cervical collar on him, back board him and bring him to a trauma one hospital - Morristown. I got back into town at 8:45. I had a 9 am appointment. I missed my appointment. Please avoid Denisse Serrano for all filler treatments. Despite marketing herself as a "facial…read morebalancing expert," her lack of technical skill, poor placement, and fundamental misunderstanding of facial anatomy resulted in extreme, regrettable distortion. To make matters worse, her off-putting attitude made the entire experience deeply unpleasant. She deflects accountability and tries to make you feel like you are the problem, rather than acknowledging her own poor technique. Save your face and your money--go elsewhere! have never seen someone with such a poor aesthetic eye who is so full of herself! awful experience. please be warned!

I wanted to share my experience to help others make an informed decision. Unfortunately, I had…read moremultiple issues with SkinSpirit that left me frustrated and disappointed. 1. Poor communication and delays: It took me over 5 months to schedule a filler appointment last year because the manager, Mai, did not respond to my repeated emails (attached). I only got a response once I called the office, and even then, it felt like I was chasing them just to give them my business. 2. Inconsistent and misleading pricing: I was originally quoted $575 for under-eye filler in writing (attached) but was later charged $700 for the same service. This inconsistency in pricing is unacceptable, especially when it is clearly documented in their own emails. 3. Clinic-to-clinic confusion - I was quoted $1,500 for 2 syringes of PDGF in Park Ridge ($3,000 for 4), but later told by Millburn staff that their baseline price was actually $1,800 for 2 syringes. Most importantly, when I specifically asked Park Ridge if the 20% off promo at Millburn would apply to the same service and was told yes, no one told me that Millburn's pricing was higher. That critical detail should have been mentioned upfront so I could make an informed decision. Overall, between the lack of responsiveness, the long wait just to schedule, and the bait-and-switch style pricing, I cannot recommend SkinSpirit. Patients deserve transparency, consistency, and respect for their time, none of which I experienced here.

About two days later,…read moreI developed what looked like an infection around my nose area, right where extractions were done. I ended up going to get it checked out, and the doctor suggested it could have been caused by a contaminated or improperly disinfected extraction tool. That immediately made sense to me because I didn't see a barbicide jar or any visible sanitizing setup in the room where my facial was performed. It really made me question whether they are properly disinfecting their tools between clients. Overall, this experience was stressful.

You'll also notice that the place is super clean and organized. There are about four rows of chairs for customers. I have not been in the back, but I believe that is where the waxing tables are located. There's a service list around the register written in a white erase board, I noticed that she offers a lot of services! Some of the services listed were threading, waxing and I believe blow out. (I just stopped by to get my eyebrows threaded). Anyways, the owners was very welcoming, she greeted me with a smile asked what I wanted done. She initiated our small talk and began working. It was a very quick, painless and calming experience getting my eyebrows done. The instrumental music, store's scent and her gentle way using thread made it a wonderful first experience at Fusion! Therefore, Yes, I will be a returning customer! She did an amazing job with my eyebrows, prices are fairly reasonable (without tip, I paid $10 to get my eyebrows done) and I love how relaxing my experience was! Highly recommend this place.
