They can take "little field trips" so it's not just one room or building all day long. She eats a better lunch here than she does at her elementary school, ahah. We get pictures at the end of the camp and she's always smiling and learning. The best part is the mentorship program; it seems that older kids may volunteer (?) and she always has positive experiences learning from older kids "teaching" them with simple science experiments or helping organize a "puppet show" for example. The building isn't anything to brag about but the teachers and staff are amazing.

With in a two hour window she repeatedly called me like an ex after a breakup without leaving a voicemail. When I called her back she seemed annoyed that I was calling her back. I wanted to talk to her about general practices she would do with my son for stuttering and all she wanted to talk about was insurance billing and pricing and what school he attends. I am sorry, but your fee of 65 dollars a week and 250 dollar upfront fee is not worth stressing about if we're talking about a child's speech that will impact the rest of their life. When I expressed my feelings of not being sure why she kept talking about insurance she hung up on me. If your child's speech is important I would quote Helen " you would be better suited for looking for another practice." Thanks Helen

My spouse is a…read morenative Spanish speaker and we were so excited to find L'Academy and made the switch from another daycare nearby. My child's development has been great. We feel supported and know they are deeply cared about by all of the teachers they interact with. The staff has worked with us to support our child on his own timing with various things and have been flexible to accommodate when needed. I also appreciate the diversity my child is around. He gets to interact with both the Spanish side and the Mandarin side of the school, learn about different cultures and celebrations, and I feel this is such an asset. As a biracial and mixed-language family, we have felt very comfortable and welcomed from the beginning. We are so grateful to the staff there! I would strongly recommend to anyone.

They help the little pumpkins grow so well. They share their daily curriculum on app; they have very consistent photos/videos sharing everyday. They tell you how your kid did today and share every growth progress they make. They make sure the kids get plenty of outdoor time. The entire L'academy crew is very loving and welcoming! We are so glad we joined them and kind of wish we did it sooner.
