The food is basic bar food so not amazing but fills the cravings when you don't want to cook yourself. The area is very nice, dock your boat or walk by, seating indoors and outdoors. Sit inside if you've had too much sun. Live concerts and many events happening all the time. Good vibes. Great place for parents to come chill and have a drink after spending time with the kids all day. Kids can play on beach while parents sit and relax. They have a huge bonfire outside for anyone to enjoy. You can enjoy the beach without buying anything from the restaurant too.

The service is kind of slow, but the waitress was super nice when she finally got to us. The chicken tenders with wings and waffle fries were pretty good. The coleslaw that we got was small but very tasty, and the outside chairs were quite comfortable. We also went back to see the Elvis impersonator and got there just in time to secure a table. Apparently, it's best to come at least an hour early! To keep the table, you must order food or drinks since the show is very popular and wildly entertaining.

No one complained, but no none raved about it either . Some really good French fries would've hit the spot, but fries aren't on the menu. Outside the tables weren't clean. Some had dirty dishes on them the whole time we were there. Inside the AC was freezing, just the way most MN people like it. "Refreshing" as some like to say. However I don't need to freeze to death while eating dinner on an otherwise pleasant summer night. We'd probably try it again as we come to the Crosby-Ironton often, but I am in no rush. I am sure most people would say the food was fine. But if you know good bbq, you'll likely be less than impressed. I do feel like they're trying, and as I said, the place has potential. Though there's room for improvement, I'd probably give them another try .
