I had asked if the pumpkin swirl was scooped in which she had told me they had scoop and soft serve, then proceeds to tell me it's only soft serve after already pouring it out. If you have kids the downstairs area is ok, but with live music I had to take my son upstairs to preserve our hearing! We found parking in the large municipal lot behind the building. Upstairs we found cozier seating at a high top table with service. Downstairs I believe you have to walk up to the bar or just sit at the bar for service. I also don't believe the full beer menu is available downstairs. The menu is full of tempting toppings and styles with your choice of regular/footlong dogs, hot sausage or kielbasa. I had a hot sausage with pepper hash and coleslaw. It had a snappy skin, decent heat and was delicious when paired with the sweet coleslaw and pepper hash. My friend ordered frank and tots and reported it to be delicious and filling. My son had a regular dog and we all shared a big pretzel with beer cheese. I had an IPA named Thank Frank that was about average for a West Coast style IPA and my pal had a couple of their darker offerings that he wasn't impressed with. Our server was nice and gave a great recommendation to add the pepper hash. She wasn't the fastest at coming to check on our beers so we bailed. I had one and she never asked if I wanted another and never refilled our waters. Prices weren't too bad. I would definitely return for some more of the interesting creations on the dawg menu, but the brews are really nothing special. Good solid time here and kid friendly, not so great service or beer.

And unlike some other places, their mango is always sweet and the chunks are never too gigantic to chew. Both times the staff is cleaning and packing up, seem rushed and unpleasant as if they are annoyed I decided to come in at this time. Most likely they are trying to get ahead of things so at 9 they can leave. I understand that, however, if the store closes at 9 customers should be able to get items until at least 15 mins prior. The last time they actually said they could not give me anything because the acai was too hard. Tonight I arrived approx 8:20 and after my bowl was made the staff member gave me my bowl and said sorry we are out of honey. I find that hard to believe. The store opens tomorrow morning and honey will be needed for orders. My guess is it was already put away and she didn't feel like getting it out again. Very disappointing and unprofessional. The bowls are not the same, in my opinion, without honey. Please educate staff on customer service and the time they can clean/pack up, not make orders. If orders are limited after 8:15 please post that so customers are aware to arrive before that time or they risk not getting what they want. Thank you
