It's a bit of controlled chaos, but in the best way. I had already spotted exactly what I wanted before stepping inside, so I walked straight in, pointed, and said, "this one." I grabbed a quick photo because it genuinely looked worth remembering, then took my first bite--and it delivered immediately. The pizza was served hot, but not so hot that it overwhelmed the palate. We grabbed our slices and headed to the nearby square in front of the Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena to sit and enjoy them in the shade.
