After taking many long breaks and spending a total of 5.5 hours working, the company owner billed me for 6 hours. On top of everything they broke some of my stuff (put very light bins on bottoms of stacks and they were destroyed with all the weight). Overall, be warned that this is not a company of quality and respect. I would never recommend anyone us this company. I would hate for anyone else to have their things damaged and family insulted.

Tim, the owner gives a fair estimate based on what you have, and always does an immaculate job moving everything over. He gives you a choice as to whether or not you want to rent a truck on your own or let them bring a truck. He gives you both prices so you're able to compare to see what works the best for you. If you want someone who does an honest job, and will work hard to make sure you're stuff is taken care of, definitely go with these guys.

We had to move my dad in a hurry and really relied on these guys to do EVERYTHING. They showed up right on time, had everything in the truck that was needed to move (boxes, tarps, etc. We were running around the house frantic and they were so nice and careful in wrapping/boxing everything and did it so quickly. I was amazed how efficient they were and very professional. The real kicker was when we arrived at the Assisted Living facility. Not only did they move dad in without a hitch and quietly so as not to disturb other residents, but they also did everything-helped me hang pictures, arrange furniture, even put a couple of bookcases together. And they're very experienced doing what they do - they gave me great advice on setting up the room for someone who is living with alzheimers. They came recommended by the facility and I can see why. I thought they were extremely affordable for what they did and we will use them again when it's time to move things out of dad's house.
