I didn't have an instructional manual for it, so I called the store and asked for assistance. This is four years later. Honestly, I was expecting them to tell me they no longer carried it. The saleswoman called me back with the additional information the next day. That's what I call excellent customer service! Upon inspection, the new owner found the instructions etched on the door. Suffice it to say, he too appreciated the workmanship and quality. It's nice to find a company stand behind their merchandise. Thank You.

I highly recommend the interaction that I had at the store I didn't feel rushed and I was able to get all the questions answered when I went back in throughout waiting for my couch I was given updates and they kept apologizing for the delay and shipment which was because of covid. The delivery man were very competent polite and business like. They made sure that my couch worked as designed before leaving. My only complaint is that no one called afterwards to see if everything was all right.

Fast forward to the last two weeks, I had the time to go to the Best Buy in Christiana to see if I could hear the Marantz Cinema 30 system. They didn't have one on display but the associate (Rocky) talked with me about 45 minutes helping me understand the pros and cons of upgrading the AVR or speakers I have. Walked out feeling I was ready to make a decision and this is where things got interesting. I spoke with Marantz (yeah, I'm that customer) and wanted to know more about a recertified Cinema 30 they had compared to one that Best Buy showed in their inventory. The only difference was the extra warranty option Best Buy has and the key fact that if something went wrong, Best Buy would protect your investment with the same value you purchased for. Marantz wanted me to buy from them direct and offered me a discount on any item (new or recertified). Out of respect for Rocky assisting me for over 45 mins I went back to Best Buy to see if by chance they could price match what Marantz offered. 9 times out of 10, no, but Rocky took my request up the chain of command and came back with a surprising Yes. This review is because this man spent 3 hours and 45 mins with me over two separate days, without knowing If I would buy the system. On top of that, they don't get commission. So for what I saved combined with the amount of time and professionalism he showed me, I am happy to say I'm now the owner of a Brand New Marantz Cinema 30 receiver.
