Unfortunately, I have been unable to contact them to schedule service for weeks and weeks. Their website is up and running, but their phone lines are down and their responsiveness to requests is non-existent. It's fine if you are out of business, but you should let folks know if you are no longer in business/servicing customers. Otherwise, it is a horrible customer experience.
