We hired Outdoor Lighting Perspectives to design a lighting plan and to install the appropriate lighting to illuminate our home at night. His crew was friendly, competent and professional. In fact, after they left, you wouldn't have known they were there outside of the newly installed lighting fixtures. They are dedicated to designing and installing a professional outdoor lighting system that will look fantastic. After installation, they come back at night to adjust and they will only be satisfied when the customer is happy. Bob is experienced, knowledgeable and professional and Outdoor Lighting Perspectives is every bit the professional service you'd hope to find when working with a contractor to enhance your home. Unfortunately, I have been unable to contact them to schedule service for weeks and weeks. Their website is up and running, but their phone lines are down and their responsiveness to requests is non-existent. It's fine if you are out of business, but you should let folks know if you are no longer in business/servicing customers. Otherwise, it is a horrible customer experience.

He also cut the ends off of some shades I had ordered. They are custom made shades and I apparently gave the wrong measurements and they were too long. I had called around to different stores and no one was willing to help me unless I had bought the shades from them.
