When I arrived they were already 20 minutes late, the girl who was attending me was constantly interrupting her work to check on her colleague, and she went back without even apologizing. The products used are the ones everyone uses, nothing special and a poorly done and sloppy job. Exaggerated price, double what you pay in other centers. NOT RECOMMENDED

For some reason most places in Florence are all super small and always fully booked. I got a pedicure here as well as an arm wax and upper lip wax. The pedicure was pretty good and they had a great color selection. My polish job lasted a very long time!! The waxing was very interesting. The arm wax was great and the woman was super nice and I felt very comfortable. However, I got a very bad burn on my upper lip from the wax that they use or the way that she waxed me and I definitely would not recommend getting an upper lip wax here after this. My arms were fine though. Definitely recommend this place for getting your nails done.

Every color I wanted was not available too so I was pretty much unhappy with the color choice I ended up having. My mani nail tech was really sweet though! In the end it was $100?! Told me the charged for extra gel removal.. mind you my gel mani and pedi literally were all chipped and mostly gone! They failed to communicate that they were charging me extra for that.... So my removal total was $20 lol $100 for a gel mani that I had to settle for a color & a regular pedicure is pretty extreme in my opinion did not leave feeling better or relaxed-- just stressed

Florence provides inspiration for everyone. Unfortunately, in my case, it inspired the thought:…read more"Sure, I can trim my own bangs while on vacation!" ... this was NOT one of my better ideas, and I can't put the blame on the Renaissance. Thankfully, Simone was there. His English is terrific, but more importantly, he speaks fluent hair, and he instantly knew mine was screaming for help He immediately understood what I had been trying to do, what went wrong, and how to fix it without turning it into an entirely different haircut. He graciously fit me into his schedule, rescued my bangs, and even gave me useful advice for the next time I'm overcome by misplaced confidence while holding a pair of scissors. I would happily return to Simone for any hair service when I am next in Florence, and I would recommend him without hesitation. So please, if you're in town, give him a call. And if you, like me, are the dingbat who cut her own bangs on vacation, don't panic! If Simone has an opening, your dignity--and your fringe--may yet be saved.
