There are four of us traveling and we have two rooms...the tower suite and a standard room and both have far exceeded our expectations. Breakfast is included, and is excellent, with fresh fruit, a coffee drink of your choice, pastries, breads, meats and cheeses, made to order eggs, and a beautiful dining room. There is a full service gourmet restaurant on-site that is very good. There is free wifi internet access. The next time I am in Tuscany I will definitely stay here again. Fantastic!!!

Multiple restaurants on the property with dining options from casual to Michelin Star. Food and drink are excellent. We booked an E-Bike tour of the surrounding area through the hotel and had a great casual ride on sparsely traveled local roads) through vineyards and the countryside. E-Bikes power you through the very hilly terrain with ease. ( It would be brutal without them if you're not a serious rider. Traveling off property is a bit inconvenient as taxis are disatched out of Siena and take 30 minutes+. We've been to some very nice properties but I'd say this is the most impressive - not sure how it could be topped.

We were here on an arranged tour (via V Sattui Winery) and visited many towns and wineries, had great food and wine, all mostly within a one-hour bus ride, with maybe a couple a little longer. We also enjoyed comradery and beverages at night with our tour mates. The service, room and surroundings were just beyond excellent.

Asked reception about this and the there is a card that needs to be inserted in a slit to keep the power on. The maids pulled the card when they left and left Us in the dark... No one said a word about this at check in. Unprofessional. Next up I tried to take a shower and found lukewarm water. Disappointing. The shower controls have a safety button to keep one from blasting hot water but even a full tilt the water is just lukewarm. Unprofessional.

Ok, so there was no one to take our bags, no on site chapel or gym BUT the place is immaculate, the restaurant excellent, the rooms very large, the grounds gorgeous and the service extremely attentive. The breakfast was adorable and as I mentioned staff was very attentive. I would stay here again and again and again while in this region of Tuscany.
