Stacy gave me the best massage I've ever experienced! The setting is divine, the products they use are wonderful. I'm so very pleased!

When I arrived I was warmly greeted by Sarah and had scheduled a facial before my haircut as a gift for myself. Bella Moore (esthetician) also greeted me at the door and took me back to the spa area where she would be doing my facial. The spa was such a pleasant space, private, quiet light bright with beautiful custom artwork hung throughout the salon and spa. As it was Sarah's sister (also an esthetician injector at She's Dubon) has many talents, one of which is painting beautiful flowers in vibrant colors. Her work is featured in the salon. Bella was wonderful and has an education as an esthetician that has a medical component so her knowledge base was beyond the usual and impressive as she was explaining the process of her facial and products. The entire experience getting my facial was nothing Ive experienced before with previous facials as far as how relaxing and enjoyable it was and how I felt after the facial. All I can say is I highly recommend Bella and gift yourself an incredible experience .. I already have another appointment scheduled with Bella. After my facial I was offered a consultation with Mellissa who spoke to me about some other specialized services she offers at She's Dubon Salon. Again I was impressed with the customer care, the time everyone I encountered at She's Dubon Salon that I felt like this was my own personal spa day. I ended up with some additional treatments with Mellissa at She's Dubon Salon that included a consultation with a the medical Dermatologist available to talk about my skin and what treatments would be appropriate and benefit my skin care. The level of care offered & consulting regarding my skin care and treatments just for me were so helpful. From there I ended my "spa day" with Sarah who took my experience to another level of loveliness .. from the shampoo (my fav part) to the cut and styling. Sarah took care and her time to really allow me to enjoy my time in her chair and was thoughtful about my cut keeping it natural but putting some wonderful layers into the cut to allow more movement with my heavy thick hair. Truly the entire afternoon was such an unexpected treat of complete self care, excellent "personal" for me customer service, professionalism and knowledge. Honestly I felt like the afternoon was designed just for me and and it was an absolute pleasant experience. Sarah and her staff really put the efforts and energy in making my experience so amazing. I am so grateful I made the appointment and now I am so looking forward to going back for more self care next month. . Nail services are also offered and Red light therapy and I hear massage treatments will be coming in the future. Super excellent lovely experience.. Highly recommend. thank you Sarah, Bella & Melissa

Overall, our visit went very well and relaxing weekend. The Bath house Soak and wrap was really amazing. the day I went the Temp of the Water from the spring was 123 degrees, my tub was 108 when I got in. You can add hotter or cooler water; to find you own comfort level. After 25 minutes you get out and they wrap you in a sheet and blanket with a wonderful cold wet towel around your head. Lifesaver there. Tim was great and made me feel very welcome. Okay here are my concerns and I hope they find a way to correct some 1. our room had a 3/4 inch gap under the door. So our pups werl overwhelmed by the the shadows and noise. 2. Communication of how things work a is not a strong suite. Like Oh I see you have appointments for the bath house. you will need to check in and pay here before you go. Or maybe you would like to pay for that service now while I'm charging you room. No Room charges are allowed. 3. Good and bad here. Good Portland Coffee Roasters for your in-room coffee. Bad. the coffee maker has to be moved into the bathroom to brew. There was no plug accessible from the table area. Oh and Isadoras restaurant at the golf course has awesome food Breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We had a great weekend, and we will be back.

The pool is fine but can't compete with mineral baths in my opinion. It's definitely rustic but clean and charming. After checking-in at the front desk, you are escorted to a locker room that has a hot tub and dry sauna (great from the description). Unfortunately there are also kids screaming in the locker room, no where to sit down and relax to change. The locker room actually brought me back to my high school PE locker room experiences (cramped and awkward). I was told clothing was optional in the locker room (hot tub and sauna) but there is a very large window that looks out at an amazing view (which I assume means people can also look in) I was then taken to a quiet room to do paper work. The room is very cramped and not relaxing. Two other people were waiting crowded on a small bench. I then was escorted back to the locker room for my treatment room. While the treatment itself was lovely - you could hear kids screaming in the pool over the soothing music the esthetician played. After the treatment, I wanted to just relax in the amazing feelings of having a great facial. There is NO WHERE to relax without kids. This is not a spa. It is a place to get services. And the prices they charge are ridiculous for this environment. My esthetician deserves a better environment to work in.

My head in the vibrating sound bowls was an unexpected yet delightful experience. The sea salt cave is mesmerizing and what you feel in your soul while in it. After creating designs on the floor salt and my salt angel, I just laid on the floor for my session. Angelina's FROH treats were unexpected, educational and fun. A fabulous wrap up to the experience.
