Never have disappointed me yet the service is overwhelming. the older woman did my nails and they do look good, yet i have some complaints. I've been going to this nail salon for 3 years now and it's always been the same. They will start doing my acrylics and then randomly leave to do someone else's and i'll be there for longer time then necessary. I get the fact that you have more clients, but a lot of the workers were just sitting on there butts doing nothing. The older woman always does my nails and she's very rude sometimes. She'll tell me to do something and i'll do it but she says it in a very rude tone and she was on the phone for the first half of my experience. I always love how my nails turn out but i think they need to get better customer service. read more

I was having a pedi and while he was working on my toes he said that my one toe nail was cracked would I like to have his mother in law to put some gel on my toe. I said sure, when I was to pay he said it was $5 dollars more because of the gel, I was ok no problem then mother's in law yell to him and sad it was $10 extra. Seriously for one little toe. Well what are you going to do. Well today not even two weeks and the gel and polish is gone- nothing on toe. So I paid $45 for a not so great pedi. I will never go back there nor would I refer anyone to go there. Trust me there are many nail salons on Rt 50. Don't even give them a chance. read more

I took my boyfriend to get a a pedicure for both of us a a set of dipped nails. The price is always the same. I'm never one to leave bad reviews, but I'm still in shock on how god awful my mom & I experience was at spa nails today . I'm still very upset about it all & upset that I always feel to guilty to speak up & so I paid for it etc. Honestly it's not even just how my experience was it was also how dirty the place was. I used to like this nail salon a lot, but wow the past 2 times I've been there just been bad. This time was absolutely god awful. Just for starters when I go to put my feet in water and there's someone else's dead skin floating around it's just really worrisome because that's definitely not sanitary at all & my mom ask for new water they literally just drained it & refilled it didn't even clean it. Just trash everywhere didn't know what was clean and what was dirty. (the tools) I'm all for doing what you gotta do as a parent sometimes , but the place honestly looked like a unclean daycare. & it was upsetting seeing the little boy want one of his parents but they just put him in the Landry room & shut the door in his face. & get mad because he doesn't want to sit there 8+ hours a day in a stroller watching a tablet . Having to stop nails every two seconds to put them back in the Landry room or the back extra room or run back there with them and be gone for 15 mins or more at a time which is a reason why I had 10 different people working on me asking me where they left off or guessing or I'd just be sitting there like uhhh what do I do now? & just so much more goes into this than I'll put on here because it was just sad . As a parent I understand, but I also wanted to go and pay someone to do my feet and nails and relax because I am a parent and that was supposed to be "me" time . Maybe that makes me selfish, but it's the truth. It was just so unprofessional & not relaxing one bit in there. I was on the edge of my seat the whole time in stress over the dead skin & dirty tools etc . Also annoyed that I can't even change my sons diaper with out my nails cutting him because they didn't file the underneath Part of the fake nail (if that makes sense) . My nails literally hurt. & not to even mention my mom has chunks of skin off her fingers from them cutting her so many times & she just got them painted with gel no fake nails etc like straight up chunks of skin. & there was honestly so much more that had happened & just kinda like a you just had to be there to truly understand what I'm talking about . Also I want to mention they were not busy at all with customers when we came in we were taken back right away etc. There was one lady already there getting her feet done & one who was leaving. The whole time I was trying my hardest to be patient and I was still nice after 3 hours,but it got to the point where I was on the edge of saying something or just leaving with my nails that weren't even half way done because of the leaving for 15 mins & than coming back for 2 seconds or 4 different workers working on them getting confused etc & that's very very very rare for me because I never speak up when it comes to myself . Overall I'm just simply upset with my experience & how my nails are & the price I paid. read more

Painful pedicure and the sides and bottom of my feet look like they did when i went in. My nails are not at all straight and theres paint everywhere on my fingers. Plus it cost me $90. I will not be back. read more

They also add TVs so you can watch while getting a pedicure or your nails done! :O Ask for Kaylee to do your full set! She did mine and they're amazing! read more

First time going here, it was pretty good. I walked in and there was only one other client there. They do accept appointments though if needed. I think my nails could have came out better. I like getting the stiletto shape and some of my nails are crooked. The lady I had was very nice but was on her cell phone for the first 10 minutes I was there. read more

Do not go here. Not only are they rude and unfriendly, but they don't listen. I'd give 0 stars if allowed. 1) I gave them a picture and picked colors that matched. A different lady came back with two different colors and wouldn't change. 2) I told her I make beds for a living and I need them a tad bit shorter. She looked at me like I was crazy and refused to cut them. 3) some nails involved a v shape. She didn't even try. It looks like it's just solar on there with no care. 4) I gave her specific instructions along with them picture. She still did her own thing. 5) I requested a coffin shape. Some nails are straight square. Some are rounded. One is coffin. Should've stuck with City Nails. Theyre fantastic. read more

Got SNS and in 2 days the polish peeled off like dollar store polish and was charged $50 for a for cheap polish and sloppy job. Will not go back . The star rating should actually be 0 stars read more

I am from out of town, and I seriously don't know how the place got such good reviews. I wasn't even able to convince myself to stay in there. The smell just killed me the moment I stepped into the door. Do people really not care about their health? We all know that nail polish is not that great for our health, but, oh man, what kind of low quality nail polish they will have to use at this place to build up that killer smell. At least have some circulation system going. I really feel bad for everyone who is working there.... read more

Citi Spa will probably be my nail salon in this area. The manicure I received was well done and looked great. The top coat that was applied gave it a gel appearance and it lasted a couple weeks without chipping. My pedicure was relaxing, the tech suggested a sugar scrub which is $5 extra, but well worth it that day. It is sparsely decorated and none of the staff were particularly friendly, but quality wise, I'm happiest with the job they did for me. read more

Thomas did a fantastic job on my pedicure! Sadly I got a shellac manicure and was told a different price initially then when I came time to pay, the biggest let down after 6 days FOUR of my nails started to chip or peel and when I called to check on getting them fixed, all I did was get giggled at and told a fee would apply, your poor application caused this. read more

The nail tech, Lien Duong wore gloves on my pedicure to protect herself, I guess. When she got to my manicure she removed her gloves. I am lucky to be alive at this point!!! Lien Duong had three visible and bloody cuts on her own fingers that I noticed as she was doing my manicure. :( :( I will also mention that she was mean, rude and cut corners on both services. I have never been treated like this at any salon before, ever!!!! If it was just poor customer service, that's one thing.....but she put me at serious risk. I probably should have my doctor draw my blood and check me out. I think I was in disbelief for about 10 minutes. Then I decided this is CRAP. She put me dangerously at risk for AIDS not to mention everything else. I would avoid this place ladies and go elsewhere. I am even considering contacting the Indiana Board of Health. :( read more

I will not go here again. The lady doing my nails answered her cell phone at least 4 times. One time walking away from doing my nails and talked on her phone for almost 10 mins. I even looked at the clock. I know this wasn't business because she answered her business phone a number of times also. I leave good tips for those deserving. Spa nails is an amazing nail salon the workers are friendly they try to start a Conversation with you and etc. I got a mani and pedi and the nail polish lasted a few weeks without chipping!!! It's a great nail salon I really recommend :) read more
