This was my first time here. Still kind of new to the area and I had a great experience. I got the four-step pedicure but for everything I got and they took their time. It was well worth the price and my toenails turned out so cute for my birthday. Will definitely be going back. Worth checking out if you're in the area since they do communicate with you. I made and appointment for a specific nail tech online. They sent me a text confirming the appointment and when I got there they said he was not there. That was sort of annoying but they got me in with someone else and he just seemed annoyed at everything. I had pictures of what color and design I wanted and a different on whit the shape and he told me the color I wanted was gel x... I said I just want a light pink gel polish. He went and found one the precedes to do my nails but kept pausing and scratching his head like he was confused... he asked me if the shape was ok and I said the nails were crooked. He then called someone over to check them and I said yes that is what I want when he corrected the one nail. The rest of my nails are crooked and he completed the service and did not give me My design... I just wanted to get out of there because I was annoyed so I paid and left... very unorganized read more

Pedicure City nails is always clean. I got a nail fungus at another salon in Harrison Ohio so I'm all about the cleanliness of the facility. All their equipment is clean and they do a great job. I'm always pleased with the job they do. Nails look great. read more

My daughter and I visited here for the first time today and we had a nice experience. City Nails has a wide variety of colors in polish, gel, and SNS. The staff was polite and friendly, and even though it was very busy we did not wait long. Prices are reasonable and they are even willing to paint designs on your nails. My daughter had a fox painted on her ring fingers, which turned out really cute! We will definitely go there again. read more
