I made and appointment for a specific nail tech online. They sent me a text confirming the appointment and when I got there they said he was not there. That was sort of annoying but they got me in with someone else and he just seemed annoyed at everything. I had pictures of what color and design I wanted and a different on whit the shape and he told me the color I wanted was gel x... I said I just want a light pink gel polish. He went and found one the precedes to do my nails but kept pausing and scratching his head like he was confused... he asked me if the shape was ok and I said the nails were crooked. He then called someone over to check them and I said yes that is what I want when he corrected the one nail. The rest of my nails are crooked and he completed the service and did not give me My design... I just wanted to get out of there because I was annoyed so I paid and left... very unorganized read more

My daughter and I visited here for the first time today and we had a nice experience. City Nails has a wide variety of colors in polish, gel, and SNS. The staff was polite and friendly, and even though it was very busy we did not wait long. Prices are reasonable and they are even willing to paint designs on your nails. You can walk in but be prepared to wait. But if you opt for a pedicure, you'll be walking out with baby soft feet. City Nails also provides foam flip flops in case you forget to wear open toed shoes. This was my first time coming here and I was VERY impressed. The staff were extremely friendly, approachable and funny. I had just taken my acrylics off and wanted to try SNS for the first time. They were very gentle with my fingernails since they were already so thin, and they made sure to take great care of my cuticles. I highly recommend this place!! read more
