I was immediately greeted and shown into the dressing area. There are electronic lockers, bathroom, shower, and vanity areas with all hygiene products provided. Inside each assigned locket is a bathrobe, towel, and plastic slippers. The relaxation room is small, however there's only 5 treatment rooms so it doesn't need to be massive. I completed the waiver and began hydrating. I met my masseuse, Nicey (pronounced Nissey) and she was absolutely incredible! Her background is in medical massage, and I was blown away by her assessment of my body when she finished. I also opted for hot stones and the CBD oils during this massage. Nicey did WORK on my body and muscles, but a good kind of work, much much needed. She was so kind. While I was changing I debated on asking about her availability. I inquired when checking out and was able to book the next day! I also chose the CBD oils again. Pretty sure I snored during this massage. It was SO relaxing. This will be my first spot next trip to Greenville! Much like the hotel, the marble work inside the treatment rooms is incredible. I left my phone in my locker so I don't have photos. FYI The spa does automatically charge at least 18% gratuity to the card on file. *note for previous review: the waiver addresses they do not provide alcohol (it can disrupt the therapeutic value); and the hotel does not have a pool for guests or non-guests.

I was greeted by two sweet staff at the front, then was led to a waiting area with organic tea, water, and other beverage options. It was such a peaceful entrance experience. Then I was escorted by the nail technician named Candace to a beautifully set up room for my pedicure. They use a real tub (I think ceramic) that they thoroughly clean after each customer and not the cheap plastic lining like other cheaper salons use. They have high end polish options and I just enjoyed my experience at the spa so much! Will come back every time I need to get my nails done. They have member and non-member prices, however, the latter are still super reasonable. There are two main types of memberships: reoccurring membership fees that can be automatically drafted or pre-paid packages of 3, 6, and 12 massages that you can use over a certain period of time. Don't think you'll use all those massages? Add a family member to the plan! Feeling extra stressed out? Upgrade to a longer massage and just pay the difference! Both membership options are really low commitment. Not quite sold yet? No problem! They have first time customer rates as well. Plus they send you birthday coupons. I don't know any other place that has such flexible payment options! As far as the massages, all the masseuses I had were great. I run/play soccer, but horrible at stretching and I'm at the computer for the majority of my job (i.e., lots of tight muscles in my legs, butt, neck, and shoulders). Got rid of my knots. Always feel great after a session. If you want the table heated, just request it when you make your appointment. If you're still complaining, you're probably more high maintenance and should be looking for a spa instead. While Simply Massage might not have all those extra frills, the facility is clean and has never let me down.

I got a confirmation email for 90 mins as well. I couldn't wait to come here because I was having back and leg pain. When I got here I could tell I was probably one of the last appointments for the day. The girl up front was super friendly and also confirmed my 90 minute prenatal massage. I don't remember my therapist's name but she was very friendly and sweet. I'm rating this 2 stars because she talked the WHOLE time during my massage. I knew her whole life, her husband and kids, the church she went to, where she grew up, etc. I tried to be discreet and close my eyes to give her a hint but she did not take it. It was not relaxing at all. Although the massage was good, I was upset because she only gave me a 60 minute massage. I didn't realize it until I got dressed and saw the clock. I went back to the front and said something to the girl and front desk and she apologized. I didn't get charged for the 90 min massage but still I was really hoping for the full 90 mins. I have no desire to come back here again.
