That's the problem with these deals. I found that the best way to make a reservation was on the website. I've called the phone number twice before and nobody picked up. So I was a little hesitant about what my experience would be like. Honestly, I give this place 3 stars, but I really wanted to give it 4 if it weren't for the late start of my massage. The day of my appointment, they called and asked if I could come by 30 minutes after my scheduled time. I said I could and upon arriving, I came to an empty waiting area. Maybe it's a test of patience but I waited there for about 10 minutes before the masseuse showed up to tell me that she's wrapping up a session with another client. This took another 10-15 min before I was settled on the massage table. The good thing about this place is that even though the Bliss massage deal came with a body scrub, the masseuse was willing to customize it for me because my skin's been sensitive lately. Instead of the scrub, she said she could do hot stone, which got me even more excited because I've never had a hot stone massage before. The entire massage felt great and she applied the heavy amount of pressure I requested. Only downside was that I could feel she was right-handed because some parts of my back wanted more pressure. I like how clean the salon is - it actually feels cleaner than the massage franchises out there like MassageEnvy or Spa Sydell. I might come back if I really wanted another relaxing experience, but given how expensive the Bliss massage was without a Groupon, I might hold off.

For three business days, I have called numerous times during business hours in order to discuss services. Not once did this company answer the phone. Not one phone message has been returned either (about 8 total over three days). In addition, contacting them via the email address listed on their web site gets my message bounced back with a MAILBOX FULL response. I wanted to discuss services based upon supposedly high reviews. However, I honestly wonder why it is I'm wasting my efforts when the company clearly doesn't want my business.

He also recommended an affordable product for me to purchase and use at home that has literally changed and improved my hairs texture in about a week. Michael gave me a new look that is low maintenance, and with my coarse, curly hair, it's not easy finding a stylist of his range and talent. I've recommended Michael to friends who have also left his chair looking absolutely amazing.

The guy, who I am assuming was the owner, was very unprofessional from the start. Then, he applied wax that was extremely too hot all the way down one side of my body from shoulder, down my back, all the way to the top of my leg before he stated applying the strips. Anybody who has watched even one youtube video on waxing knows that you apply wax to a small area, apply the strip and hold the skin taut with one hand, pull the strip and quickly place your hand on that area so that it doesn't hurt as bad. This guy just rip, rip, rip....all while I'm screaming bloody murder. So after that torture was over, little did I know he had much more in store for my butthole area. He put that super hot wax right on to it and I knew then I would never be going back to him. Fast forward to the trimming of the front. As I lay there on this table that was so small that my hands naturally fell off the edge of the table. This guy REPEATEDLY (and i don't know if this was intentional but it was multiple times) placed his junk directly on my hand as he was trimming my chest and stomach, which i didn't ask for to begin with. Then after that miserable, agonizing infliction of pain was over, he charged me $280 and then tapped the "tip screen" with his finger twice and said "here ya go" when it was time for me to pay. I wanted so bad to hit NO TIP. Now as i sit here and it's been about 10 hours, i am in so much pain. And my skin is so red and spotted with blood blisters b/c of the crappy job this guy did. If he does this to every customer, I'm surprised he's still in business. Maybe his massages are happy ending....i don't know but I'll never be back to find out. OH!! and there was penis pump on the sink vanity. Go figure that one out.

Sandra was very responsive and gave me a personalized tour of the facilities. The attention to detail in each room was immaculate. She helped me understand what my wife will be experiencing throughout her day. NOTE: This review will be based on my wife's perspective as she went through the entire experience. The check-in process was easy. You sign a waiver and you let Sandra know which essential oils and theme you would like in each room. They provide you a robe to change into as you begin the spa day. You start off in the infrared sauna for 30 min., then a choice of deep tissue or swedish massage, then a body exfoliation/wrap, then you shower off, and then you end with a facial. In summary: PROS: attention to the little details throughout the experience (fresh roses, comfy robes, kind workers); resting area was comfortable with fresh fruit, lemon and mint infused water, and a selection of hot tea; the exfoliation and body wrap done by Sandra were very nice. CONS: the walls were so thin that you could hear conversations in the next room and the lawn maintenance outside (which wasn't a peaceful experience); Sandra had another person conduct the massage and facial (who barely spoke English) - she didn't do everything she said she was going to do in the massage (she was to focus mostly on the upper back area due to more tension being on the upper body, but didn't); also she started massaging the body facing up which lead to very little time on the upper back area; my wife, being the mother of our 3 kids barely gets time to pamper herself and has been hinting at needing a facial for awhile, when then"analysis" was done on her skin, there was a shriek of horror at how her skin looked (which didn't make my wife feel great about herself) and she felt pressured into a $25 up charge. For a total of $350+ for this service, I would rate this experience at 3.5. I trusted that my wife was going to be taken care of, which she was, but it's certainly not worth the price given all the cons.
