The front desk staff is extremely friendly, the environment is very clean, and the therapists themselves are very kind. However, the massages for both of us were well below average, even though we specifically requested deep tissue. My massage started extremely light, and after asking for more pressure, it still never reached what I would even consider a Swedish level. When we finished, my wife came out saying she had the exact same experience again. For the price we paid, I am sorry it's just not worth it! Really wanted to like this place, but after two tries, the quality of the massage just hasn't matched the great service at the front.

This was the most wonderful and quite frankly the BEST massage I have ever had. I have had many but none have compared to the work by Melissa. She was gentle but with enough pressure to help with areas I have been experiencing difficulties. She was not rushed, her techniques were that of a very well experienced and professional massage therapist. I would without a doubt refer Melissa to anyone. She was so wonderful and I cannot wait to schedule with her again really soon. This location was also very clean, inviting and the waiting areas were very relaxing and soothing. The ladies in the front of house were just as wonderful, friendly and sweet. This is an excellent location to schedule a massage.

From the start, I knew I was in trouble. The therapist walked in with hair hanging in her face, earbuds in, and the overall vibe of someone who had just rolled out of bed and straight into my appointment. The massage itself? Imagine being randomly poked and prodded by someone who's never touched a muscle before. Add in the constant full-body contact (and not in a good way), and you've got a recipe for discomfort with a side of "oh god, is this almost over?" And just when I thought it couldn't get more cringe -- it did. I walked out to use the bathroom and she literally chased me down the hall, asking if I needed a tissue because I "looked upset." Ma'am. I wasn't crying. But if I had been crying, it would've been because I just paid actual money for the worst massage of my life. The only thing this experience rubbed the wrong way... was everything. Would I return? Only if I lost a bet, and even then I'd need hazard pay.
