They were able to schedule me for 2:00 pm for the Citrus Drench. It's a body scrub with a moisture wrap. You can add a massage on for a small fee. The spa day includes sauna, steam room, sensory shower, and jacuzzi. I enjoyed the steam room and the sensory shower the most. The lounge area was so serene that I could have stayed there all day. The locker room can be a bit tight to maneuver but it is impeccably clean. The sandals sure bland. Navy or cream would match the spa better. The robe was cozy but way too big and too heavy for my petite frame. Next time I will bring a short robe of my own and my own sandals.

I've struggled with tightness and knots in my neck and shoulders for a long time, and I've tried everything from massage guns to massage chairs with very little relief. Sia's techniques made such a difference, especially in my shoulders. It felt so good to finally get some relief after dealing with that discomfort for so long. The atmosphere was peaceful, relaxing, and very professional exactly what you want when getting a massage. As I was leaving, they even gave me a bottle of water and coconut water, which was such a thoughtful touch.
