What I love most is how convenient and consistent they are. For the most part, everyone I've had has been great, and you can usually walk in with little to no wait and get a really good deep tissue massage. I've come here so many times with a knot in my shoulder or neck pain, and they've helped relieve so much of it. This isn't necessarily the place you come for a luxury spa experience or the aesthetics you come here because you want a genuinely good massage at a great price. I had heard of this place because it has been around forever, but had never been. Recently, I slept weird had that the most terrible pinched nerve in my upper back. My friend and a Golden Massage regular suggested I book deep tissue with Sophia. I did 30 minutes and asked her to focus on my upper left back. Wow, she really worked out all the knots I had, and after my session with her I finally felt relief. They were able to see me the same day within an hour of me calling and the total was $50. Bring cash to pay as this spot is old school. While I won't say it is the most glamourous of spas, it is a great price and they do a good job. There is a parking lot attached to the building with a good amount of spaces.

Both our massages and facials were absolutely wonderful, omg. The ladies were gentle but firm with the deep tissue massages. I literally fell asleep during the entire session. our faces were GLOWING the following day after the facials. Thank you so much for making this day so memorable and special for all of us. All the hotels were booked for my 15 year wedding anniversary and I was in a bind! I was strongly recommended to try Natalias spa. Hmmmmm..... wasn't sure....yet, I did. Thank God for that recommendation! I have spa (ed) all over the world and I must say, Natalias spa steals the cake. What a true dream spa experience. We did Reiki energy sessions, a 60 minute deep tissue massage, a Tibetan foot wash experience and we left, literally.... floating! What makes her spa really unique, besides the fact that every provider there is super fantastic and connected to their work and practice, is the spiritual cleansing experience. Especially with the Reiki, it was so cleansing and centering....just what the doctor ordered for that Monday morning. The foot wash was simply perfect and re-centering as well. The massage left me walking stronger and feeling more grounded. The providers are sensational. We had three different therapists and they all did such a focused and purifying treatment, each with their unique special energy. So, very cool. It was so fantastic, I bought a reiki package and will be returning over the next several months, to keep restructuring my energy and balancing my chakras. If energy work is your thing, you have found a GEM. If it's not, you will be fascinated by the massages and foot washes. It really is a slice of heaven. You will leave complete. I had the pleasure of meeting Natalia while she was at her spa, and what a doll face . The most gracious host. Natalia wants to please and assist you to have the most amazing experience in her healing space....Nice work Natalia. You get an A plus baby! Miami has needed this centering piece of light and cleansing right in the heart of Coral Gables. Great timing.

After leaving my original review, the owner publicly accused us of lying. That response alone…read moreconfirms the level of unprofessionalism we experienced in person. To clarify the facts: we did call the business. Because the staff member on the phone spoke very limited English and communication was difficult, we were asked to continue the conversation on WhatsApp. We have call records to prove this. At no point--on Groupon, during the call, or in WhatsApp--were we informed that Groupon vouchers are only valid during certain hours. If "coupons can't be used during peak hours," that policy must be clearly disclosed on the Groupon listing. It is not. Expecting customers to guess undisclosed rules is unacceptable. Instead of being helped, we were treated rudely and told our reservation would not be honored, with no alternative offered. We were also surprised to find that only one staff member was present for a couples massage appointment. When we politely asked for an exception or any solution, we were told directly that they "don't care about reviews." Now, rather than addressing these concerns, the business chooses to publicly insult customers by calling them liars. Businesses are allowed to have policies. They are not allowed to hide them, change them after the fact, or treat paying customers with disrespect. Based on both the experience and the owner's response, I strongly do not recommend this place.

I can guarantee that, at 57 years old, I had never before experienced the level of quality, professionalism, and dedication shown by this massage therapist. If asked to rate her on a scale of 1 to 10, I would give her a score of 100. A million thanks to Aidee Nodarse; may God bless her angelic hands and the wonderful person she is.

She cleansed my face with hot towels, steam, and aromatherapy. As a mom who is always tired, I really appreciated how they used products to diminish dark undereye circles as well pigmentation, dryness, and fine lines. She concluded the treatment with a relaxing face massage. I wish this could have gone on forever! Shortly after it was time for my massage. Being a mom who constantly carries around a heavy toddler, I cannot remember a time when I didn't have back pain. Joel really worked wonders on my back. 1 Star I've been to…read morethe spa at Trump International Beach Resort multiple times, but after my last visit on February 1, 2025, I'm incredibly disappointed. I had a 3:15 PM appointment for a 30-minute Quick Fix massage, but when I arrived, I was told I would have to wait 45 minutes--without any apology or explanation. Instead, I was just told that they had called my phone several times. But I was already at the spa, relaxing, not checking my phone. The front desk staff member was completely unprofessional and dismissive when I kindly asked for a refund, since I couldn't wait that long or come back another day. She showed no courtesy, didn't apologize, and when she handed me my refund, she coldly said, "OK, that's it," with an attitude. It was beyond rude. The only bright spot was the massage therapist, who actually apologized and admitted that it wasn't right for me to wait that long for a short service. I appreciate his kindness, but the front desk experience left a terrible impression. I was here with two friends for a spa day, and this experience put a damper on the whole thing. For a high-end resort, customer service should be much better. I won't be coming back after this.
