The most common reason I don't enjoy my experience is because on each of the 3 occasions I visited this spot and had a different therapist each time-all are absolutely instructed to upsell the shit out of you. They start about ten minutes in once you are almost starting to relax. Then it's add cupping, you need to add cupping, and medicine that's good for you. No matter if you specifically say at the beginning all I want is cupping or I don't want to add anything-these people have been trained to do this. It's like you went to get a massage, but instead decided to go to a timeshare presentation. It ruins the massage. My other point of contention is the lack of communication-and it's because of language. I don't care what language anyone speaks-I can figure out a way to communicate but they seem to be deceptive here. The English speaking desk attendant is lovely and she clearly understands but doesn't relay to the therapist who doesn't speak English as well. They don't ask you if you have troubled areas or talk to you about the service they are about to perform. I had many questions like how long for each arm and leg? How long is cupping? Every time I go there it's a different amount of time-today was less than ten minutes so I refused to pay for it $30 and I don't have marks. The therapist did not understand me. Instead of leaving and getting the desk attendant as an interpreter-she kept insisting she understood and said "yes yes yes " but she did not understand as she didn't do what I asked or answer any of my questions. I kept removing the towel she placed over my eyes because it had "medicine" on it which is like menthol or camphor and I didn't want it on my face-she put it back on me twice. If you know the therapist can't communicate with customers-it would seem so easy to spend 3 minutes speaking with the front desk person and agreeing on treatment. Again, this lady worked hard on me-I tipped her as she deserved it! This is really on the owner and how they are clearly pushed to upsell but they are not actual speaking to the customer. It's a service that is expensive and requires communication. At one point while I was speaking to the therapist about my massage-since there was no small talk as she didn't understand me-she told me I should lower my voice because other people are around. Just to be clear they are doing construction next door and all throughout my massage it was noisy from that and loud banging but me asking questions was the problem. So I wasn't able to communicate to get the service I wanted but at least she was able to tell me to be quiet so I didn't disturb anyone else with my questions! I wouldn't go back at this point. Tried it 3 times and it never got better.

I tried calling the front desk multiple times, but each time I was put on hold even though I was already in the room waiting. Sitting there for 30 minutes with no communication or explanation is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Good customer service includes respecting clients' time and communicating when there are delays. Unfortunately, this experience felt very disorganized and poorly managed.

I had two punctures in my window that cracked and now I have to replace my window and tint. I did inform staff of what happened so I would hope they give a heads up to people who come in so they don't have to go through what I did!

When I arrived I showed her a picture as reference for the style of lashes I wanted which was a cat eye style and I specified I wanted the lashes way shorter than in the picture. The girl does not speak English and by her blank stare I could tell she didn't understand what I was saying. The front desk girl came over and translated in Russian and it appeared she understood. I must've said the word short and shorter 10 times before starting the extensions. Two hours later when I got up the eyelashes were completely the opposite of what I had asked for. Extremely long, thick and exaggerated! I told her that they were too long and I did not like them - she didn't understand so I then called the receptionist again and told her the same thing. I paid $185 plus $15 tip so $200 for something I did not ask for nor liked. They agreed to "fix it" I was scheduled 3 days later! When I returned I asked to speak to the owner Inna which has known me for years and she said I could either remove them and lose the $185 or they would do a new set but would charge me for it! They literally laughed in my face when I asked for a refund and said it's not her fault her employee didn't understand when I said shorter and I stated that it is not my fault that she hired someone who speaks only Russian and doesn't understand English. The whole thing was ridiculous. She took zero accountability nor any initiative to resolve the problem. I was so disappointed that after all the years of being a loyal customer despite the crazy increases she makes every few months she didn't think twice to take my money and send me off unhappy for something that was totally not my fault. I will never go back there nor recommend anyone anymore. I left that place ended up getting the lashes removed at another salon and paid an additional $60 to have them taken off. Also all the other lash aestheticians she has employed don't speak or understand English. The receptionist is the only one who does. I believe they are going through a money crisis and they are scamming their clients for it! This could happen to anyone else. Please be aware of this salon. I do not recommend coming here! Everyone there is so helpful and ask as many questions as possible to make sure you get the exact result as you want! I like to get very short lashes to make them look as natural as possible, they exceeded my expectations and they always make me feel so pretty when I leave :)
