This was an incredible experience and now my favorite spa in Miami. The attention to detail and the interaction from the moment you walk in with every team member is totally 5 star! I came for a 50 minute Swedish massage and my masseuse was magical. I typically don't get light- medium pressure massages. I mostly get very deep tissue, but this was such a relaxing experience. There are so many tiny details like the chime at the beginning and the cold crystal at the end. The treatment rooms are spacious they have a full shower in the room and the beds with heaters and mobility to lift your legs and back. It was a great massage, but I think what really blew me away and I decided to spend the rest of the day was all of the spa amenities. The spa has a private pool and Jacuzzi outside where you can order lunch. It is so pretty and relaxing and everyone was so quiet and respectful. There were so few people there it feels exclusive and private. The view of the beach gorgeous! Then going back into the women's locker room. The steam room and the sauna are totally top-of-the-line. They also have a shower with cool rain and thunderstorm settings. The steam room, especially was really unique. It's completely dark and then there are these twinkle lights that change colors in the ceiling and they have this rounded seating that you can put your legs up on an ottoman in the center. It's just really well designed and comfortable. The staff in the locker room was so sweet and they have anything you could need from contact solution to styling products for your hair curling iron, blow dryers you name it. Also gets a little hairbrush which I thought was a nice touch. Then they even have branded chocolates for when you leave. I can't wait to come back!

Serenity, rejuvenation and detoxification are only pretenses that drive us to the spas like this. There is another reason. It is the experience of luxury, pampering. It is an opportunity to observe what people have been able to achieve in creating peaceful and tranquil environments. Aqualina SPA, as one of the finest in Miami, is a representation and example of spa excellence. Vast and spacious environment. Sauna, steam room, lounge areas. Italian coastline inspired design. Spectacular massages and access to a private pool. It is difficult to find many things wrong about it. It is a very nice spa without question. The service is spectacular all around, from scheduling to rescheduling to in spa experience. Everything is done extremely well and tastefully. Yet, looking at it from another angle, there is nothing particularly unbelievable, revolutionary in the industry or groundbreaking about this spa. The pool is classic in design. The building is not particularly worth a feature. It isn't a place that alters any preconceptions. It would be nice for the lounge areas to be coed for couples. In most ways, it is classic, does everything well and provides a well rounded experience that is rather flawless. And, there is something to be said about that.

This place was great. The staff was amazing and plaave wAs clean. They first start off with a tea. It was nice. The relaxation roomm with Himalayan salt walls wAs amazing. The biscuit cookies were a nice. I felt like the place was great but massage was just okay. I would go again but with a different masseuse.

The staff is VERY professional and kind The spa is one of nicest in Miami and is HUGE I came for Miami spa month They offere you immediately a relaxation cold towel and black tea Definitely come early because the process does take a while I do wish ordering drinks and food didn't take so long There are two of everything , one male and one female: -relaxation area has nice cookies , tea spa water and numerous chase lounges Female and make steam room, sauna and changing area and ice application which is amazing ! There is a private pool area and jacuzzi which I enjoyed because it is quiet I like the fact that they separate the spa from the hotel because it is quiet but it does take a while to receive food and drinks and unfortunately you are LIMITED . I think if you are receiving multiple Spa services you should be able to experience the hotel views and amenities. Also, you can only order spa food and wine , no cocktails or regular food. I recommend

Just me, my iPad and espa's pool. Bliss!

One of my favorite spas in Miami! Espa at Aqualina offers a beautiful steam room, a relaxation room which overlooks the spa's pool and beach. My favorite masseuse is Mary, definitely request her if you're getting any massage treatments! What I love most about this place are the ambiance, cleanliness and overall environment!

I hesitate writing this because Arnaldo is the absolute best massage therapist for deep tissue I…read morehave ever been too; and he is already booked months in advance! He is thoughtful, can feel issues without me alerting him and this man works up a sweat while working on me. I feel safe, respected and I enjoy his company and light conversation while I have my massage. I book months in advance and the girls at the desk Veliza and Jolie will call to let me know if he has any cancellations! This man is so talented, there is a waitlist!! They are also super pleasant and happy every time I walk in. I don't know why this location has low ratings. The front of house staff is excellent and I know it can take a while to find the right therapist. I finally have!!!

I'm visiting from out of town but used my membership to book a same day appointment for 90 minutes…read morew/ Edward G. When he asked about pressure I initially said medium but was unsure if I could tolerate more pressure on the stubborn knots (I sometimes worry "medium" for a male therapist is not the same as it is with a female therapist). He was very good with communication and applied extra pressure where I needed it, without making me wince in pain as I've sometimes tolerated for extra tight muscles. He also used a blanket when covering my back with a hot towel which kept the towel from cooling off too fast, and later rolled a hot towel under my neck for the facing up part of the massage. I wish everyone did this with towels. Overall a great massage and if you're a local or ever visiting this part of Florida, definitely recommend Edward G. Also wanted to note that the front desk was very kind; I had come in a Lyft straight from Target without enough time to drop my bags off at my hotel room and she immediately offered to keep them in the office so I wouldn't have to drag them to the waiting room and massage room. I didn't catch her name but that was an extra act of kindness that not everyone would think of. Thank you!

Dr. Resnik is arrogant, demeaning, and very very focused on pushing biologics like Humira instead…read moreof taking a more complete approach to disease management. He doesn't like to be questioned and he makes sure you know that. I strongly believe in advocacy because I work in healthcare and I understand the patient not only has that right but it is also smart to listen to your patient as they are the most informed about their body and their triggers. I had my husband on an appointment with me to help me with questions because I was so overwhelmed with a flare I was having after being in remission for almost a year; he reluctantly agreed to have him there because he probably didn't want someone else that could ask a question; mind you, we are both in healthcare and come prepared with good questions to help come up with a plan. A patient should be allowed to be involved in their treatment plan as that helps with medication compliance, etc. Dr Resnik confused me with different patients and had no idea about my history, which tells me he didn't even review my chart prior to the visit. He insisted on putting me on Humira based on one flare even though he had told me about a year ago that flares were expected even in a well controlled disease. When I told him I didn't wanna do that without first trying other alternatives like cutting dairy off (my MRT had shown dairy wasn't a trigger when I consumed it, it was), he proceeded to respond with this statement: "I guess if you wanna be in pain your whole life then don't take it." No empathy, no desire to help come up with a plan, just push push meds and not even explain the side effects of the med. I am proud to say that I have been Resnik free for a year now and flares free too! Thanks to not eating dairy and to doing a lot of my own research. I am thankful that he put me on spironolactone when I first saw him and that the med continues to work for me along with no dairy. But if you are looking for someone who will listen to you, be compassionate, and treat you as a person and not as a money making number, then look again. Also, he documented every visit that he conducted a depression screening, which was only done for a couple of visits. He never asked me about my mental health part which is a huge part of the disease. I am glad I am doing well and that I am in healthcare and understand many of the things. But I feel so bad for people with no medical knowledge that put all their trust on him.

His medical license should be stripped. He was negligent in performing a procedure that goes…read moreagainst standard care and all documented research. He gaslighted all of my symptoms which made me delay intervention. I'm trying to reverse the procedure but will likely be left with permanent damage. I think he enjoyed having me as his guinea pig and watching me suffer. Horrible human being if you can call him that. Stay far away!
