Overall a good experience with a couple of minor issues…read more One, I got here at 2:15 on a weekday. There was only one person getting a manicure and the salon was quiet. Guy at front grabs the gel color swatches and hands to me then directs me to a pedicure chair in the back. I have never been here before so the process was new. A cute older lady was setting up the chair for me and did most of the pedicure treatment. She didn't seem to speak much English but pointed to the pedicure price menu. She also showed me the volcano pedi menu hoo wee that would be a real treat for a special occasion but too rich for my blood. I had gel that needed to be removed and I get it that it is a bit time consuming. But daaaang the pedicure and mani took FOREVER. I appreciate a nail place taking time to have attention to detail and not rushing but this was a very long mani pedi. When the polish was removed the guy from the front took over. He smelled so strongly of cigarette smoke it was a bit of a turnoff. He did however make sure I was happy with the selection of gel color and explained that the confetti gel was clear. And that I might want a solid color under it so I chose white. It was a good choice and I am very happy with the gel color. He also shaped my fingernails very nicely. The color was applied very carefully and I have had a lot of compliments. What wasn't that great in the visit besides the long a$$ time was he cut me a few times with a very sharp tool. Near the end of the pedi he pressed down on the cut with a towel and said he has cut me and will put medicine on it. He put some white cream on the cut. The lady had also nicked me, which was disappointing. The other not so great thing was at the end when I was paying. I gave the guy a cash tip and paid for the service on a card. I was getting my keys out to leave and the guy asked if I wanted him to split the tip with the lady? What? Is that a passive aggressive way to say I needed to give another tip to the lady as well? It was a bit rude and a turnoff. Overall the gel was very nice but such a long time to get done especially when I was the only customer there most of the time.

Located in a strip mall not far from the interstate. Very clean and spacious shop. I called ahead and got an appointment fairly quickly. They are very busy so best to text or call ahead of time. I chose to make an appointment with Brandi at Renew You because the reviews online were so good…read more It's midsummer, and I needed a wax. Making the appointment was easy: most of her offerings are online. You can schedule through the website. You will receive text-message reminders and a confirmation notification. You can, of course, call if you need more personalized service. The spa is in a small shopping center downtown Princeton. She has two rooms for her workspace. It's private. She has soothing instrumental music playing. I hadn't met Brandi until my appointment, but she made me feel relaxed. She's easy to chat with, and her work is meticulous. She started to use the tweezers on me, but I'm not a picky girl. If you're detail oriented, she's your person. She's clean; she used a new stick each time she dipped in the wax. She took care of business. I appreciate her professionalism and her way of making me feel like I have been her customer for a long time. (I will not be including a picture of my wax job.) 10/10

I was a very old client of this salon, got great service every time I went there…read more They've acted very unreasonably and rudely with me last time I called, even the owner spoke very rudely. I cannot believe they would treat their old clients this way. The owner said, she didn't care about what I had to say and she'd only support the people that work for her and take their word over any customer. Long story short they've blocked me from services there bcos a nail tech was uncomfortable working with me. She wouldn't tell me the reason for it and was very abrupt in her mannerism. I must say Ian very disappointed in them.
