I used this company for my wedding this weekend. Corresponding with Steph (owner) was difficult, as…read moreshe is a full time mom. This was completely understandable, and it seemed as though things would go smoothly as we made our edits and submissions via email. Everything was verified numerous times because I did everything in my control to ensure all things would go as smoothly as possible. However, when it came down to delivery, everything fell apart. The delivery was almost 4 hours late and because of this we had to set everything up in the dark. The delivery included a couple broken chairs, broken glasses, stained table cloths, and a broken arbor. The delivery was also incomplete, missing our 4 foot sweetheart table. They came back two hours later to drop off the table, but instead it was a whiskey bar that we did not order. When we corresponded through email for several months prior to my event, it was agreed that the company would provide assembly of the arbor. When we requested set up from them, they refused, saying that they weren't told that that was something they needed to,do, and that they were very busy so to cut them some slack. We paid for an arbor and assembly, and instead we received a broken arbor that we had to set up ourselves. As we started to set up, we also realized that it was missing a piece and missing screws. I tried calling Steph to let her know we required additional assistance. We didn't plan on having to build anything, and didn't have tools, extra screws, or anything. She let us know that they did all that they could and at that time of night they couldn't help us. But like I said, they were almost 4 hours late, so had they been on time, maybe our problem could have been solved.... We had to drive to the nearest hardware store 40 minutes away the day of the wedding to buy screws to build the arbor. I think it wasn't a big deal to her because we were one time customers. Weddings are one time, or usually, anyway. So why go out of her way to ensure that she fulfill her agreed upon obligations and make sure that her staff is filled in on customer requests? To be safe, it's a good thing review sites exist. Here's the kicker: After everything was said and done, and they were late picking everything up as well, a day later, she had the audacity to tell me she was missing linens. Overall, was it the worst possible experience? No. Did everything eventually work out? Yes. Steph was nice enough to work with and I'm sure she has genuinely good intentions, but nice doesn't guarantee that you'll get what you paid for.

Stephanie is also very hard to communicate with. I texted to confirm order 2 weeks before. Her response was slow and made me very nervous. She responded and said all was good an invoice would come. I had to ask a again and again for an invoice. The total was more than initially quoted Stephanie had not included tax when we first ordered. Stephanie explained she appreciated patience as this is her busy time of year so she included extra items ( August). I had dealt with her in the past in January and she was just as unorganized then as well. She also offered an excuse for being hard to reach and being unorganized. Stephanie also told us the pick up would occur on Monday or Tuesday so we made arrangements to have a breakfast for those who stayed over after are event (35 people) When the chairs were dropped off, the delivery guy told my husband they would pick up 8:00 am following our event. Understandable as we had only rented for 24 hours. However, we made plans based on what we were told when we rented the tables and chairs. I attempted to contact Stephanie to arrange a later pickup. I would have been happy to pay an additional fee. I got no response. They picked up at 8:00 am. My guest ended up standing up since we only have a few chairs. I was fortunate to have my own linens and banquet tables. I will not be renting again from Stephanie. I will pay more and go to Celebration in Olympia to get better service and maintained Equiptment that they provide.
