Their policies are draconian. The main store is much the same: rude or disinterested staff, disorganized, and draconian policies. This is why online providers flourish. During a visit to purchase a transport chair, the person driving an individual I was helping locked her keys in her car. Jeff didn't miss a beat and helped us settle in and be comfortable waiting for a second set of keys to be delivered. Also, he has a transport chair generally in stock which is about $250. Much more sturdy with better wheels and brakes than the type you find at Walgreens and Walmart. It is easier to push over cracks and uneven surfaces in the community and weighs about 20 lbs which is lighter weight than many models of transport chairs.
