Jeff, the owner of the shop is friendly, well-informed, and makes suggestions based on the customer's needs. During a visit to purchase a transport chair, the person driving an individual I was helping locked her keys in her car. Jeff didn't miss a beat and helped us settle in and be comfortable waiting for a second set of keys to be delivered. Also, he has a transport chair generally in stock which is about $250. Much more sturdy with better wheels and brakes than the type you find at Walgreens and Walmart. It is easier to push over cracks and uneven surfaces in the community and weighs about 20 lbs which is lighter weight than many models of transport chairs. I would definitely recommend Your Mobility of NM to friends, family, and work colleagues.

Sucks because they are the only place in New Mexico. Equipment constantly breaks within first year equipment failed within 3 weeks leaving me stranded. I now have a legit fear of going anywhere without help because of how many times different controls every where break! Whether it's the seat stuck outside my truck, or the wheel chair lift failing outside the bed of the truck. If there was another place in New Mexico I highly recommend it over this shit show. I now have a safe and usable area were before I had only safety concerns. Additionally, they put a stair climber in my living room and it's been wonderful. Given the issues I have with my joints and wanting to avoid partial knee replacement I decided this would be a good option. I also figured this would be wonderful going into my golden years when I might need extra assistance. The follow up from the company as well as the communication has been very good. In fact, we had tried to get several other contractors over to at least give us a bid but couldn't get most of them to call us back. Another guy showed up and then dropped the ball and never contacted us again. Jeff at Right Track was the only one to follow through, not only to give us a quote, but to actually complete the job in a reasonable amount of time and with everything for which we asked. If you're in the market for safety equipment and/or safety construction around your house, I want to highly recommend this company. Give Jeff a call and he will be happy to help you out.

It's not just a 'for profit' business, but the medical field can cause physical harm to people. If we all file complaints, maybe there will be consequences to their profits and just maybe less damage to other patients. **I had the same experience in may 2024 with nebulizer for asthma. Having serious difficulty breathing. I'm a retired RN, this is a factual review from both a patient & medical professional perspective. They started off telling me they'd let me know when they got insurance authorization, a week or two. I told them i needed it now and would be taking it with me, even if I had to pay cash & seek reimbursement from insurance myself later. I specified that I needed all the documentation the insurance would require. They neglected to give me their tax ID #, so insurance reimbursed at a lower out of network rate, even though the insurance told me to use this business because it's a contracted network provider. Worse thing was the lack of humanity, rude & cold customer service as i stood there struggling to breath.
