Jeff didn't miss a beat and helped us settle in and be comfortable waiting for a second set of keys to be delivered. Also, he has a transport chair generally in stock which is about $250. Much more sturdy with better wheels and brakes than the type you find at Walgreens and Walmart. It is easier to push over cracks and uneven surfaces in the community and weighs about 20 lbs which is lighter weight than many models of transport chairs. Due to safety issues…read moreand a rather bad fall I took in 2020, I needed to have a landing built out along with a stair climber in my garage. The work is amazing. I now have a safe and usable area were before I had only safety concerns. Additionally, they put a stair climber in my living room and it's been wonderful. Given the issues I have with my joints and wanting to avoid partial knee replacement I decided this would be a good option. I also figured this would be wonderful going into my golden years when I might need extra assistance. The follow up from the company as well as the communication has been very good. In fact, we had tried to get several other contractors over to at least give us a bid but couldn't get most of them to call us back. Another guy showed up and then dropped the ball and never contacted us again. Jeff at Right Track was the only one to follow through, not only to give us a quote, but to actually complete the job in a reasonable amount of time and with everything for which we asked. Having serious difficulty breathing. I'm a retired RN, this is a factual review from both a patient & medical professional perspective. They started off telling me they'd let me know when they got insurance authorization, a week or two. I told them i needed it now and would be taking it with me, even if I had to pay cash & seek reimbursement from insurance myself later. I specified that I needed all the documentation the insurance would require. They neglected to give me their tax ID #, so insurance reimbursed at a lower out of network rate, even though the insurance told me to use this business because it's a contracted network provider. Worse thing was the lack of humanity, rude & cold customer service as i stood there struggling to breath.
