With a falling incident due to no assistance due to caregiver was sleeping. 2. Another caregiver yelled at my father, refusing to help resulting in him urinating all over the carpet. 3. Another caregiver appeared to not be able to read English. Concern if assisting with medication or reading instructions for care. Advised agency of these issues and attempted to email the owner, no follow up. The care manager seemed inexperienced and not interested in trying to improve our experience or keep our business. Very unfortunate that my terminally ill father had to have this experience during the hardest time in his life.
