Much more sturdy with better wheels and brakes than the type you find at Walgreens and Walmart. It is easier to push over cracks and uneven surfaces in the community and weighs about 20 lbs which is lighter weight than many models of transport chairs. The only downside is the workers don't protect your car's paint job. I showed up with a brand new vehicle and they scratched the paint near where the windshield was repaired. I'm going to need to polish the clear coat to remove scratches. They really need to cover the painted surface with a microfiber cloth to protect the paint while they work. I would be willing to pay more for the job if it was done carefully.

On the day of my appointment, Anthony (#2!) helped take a look at my car and quoted a price that was acceptable to me. He was very honest with the condition of my car and gave me a realistic timeframe on how long it may take them to clean my car. I ended up rescheduling it the next day since I had a meeting to attend and it would take a while to get it thoroughly clean. On the day of, Anthony was super flexible. He even showed up 30 min earlier before the shop open to wait for me. After I dropped my car off, he dropped me off to whichever location I wanted to go...and even picked me up when my car was done! So convenient..and I got to relax and not wait in an office while waiting for the car to be cleaned, too! It took almost all day to clean my car...since it was soooo filthy! (hey...I'm not really a car person..and thus never seriously cleaned my car..since it was going to get ruined by my dogs so frequently).
