Can you give a business 0 stars? If so, Southwest Roofing deserves them. My wife coordinated with Larry and his crew. Larry's lead installer Jose didn't remove all the shingles on our roof. He layer shingles overtop in some areas and didn't add shingles in others. Sad we now have to pay another roofing company to correct his issues. Save time and money, find another roofing company!! read more

Stear clear of this company! Since our new roof was installed, just over a month ago, our roof has leaked constantly! Our new kitchen floor has been saturated with rain multiple times. Larry, the owner, takes a week to respond each time we've called and always says he will have to see when he can send sometime out since they are busy. We follow up a week later he finally sends someone out who says the leaks are fixed. The next rain it leaks again. The back and forth calls continue pleading for him to help. Our roof has sat with tarps over it for weeks now. He finally sent a crew out this week, but they only worked on one spot that was leaking. They didn't speak any English but called their translator who told us they were only instructed to fix one area and that Larry would call us later that day. That was several days ago, no call. Nothing. He finally responded to our text today, he's not fixing the roof and told us we should do what we need to do. ?? So much for honoring your work and standing by your three year warranty. Avoid like the plague!! Dishonest company who left us with a roof in much worse shape than before he put on the new roof. Now we have to get legal help, are out the cost of a "new" roof and damage cleanup for new drywall and praying all the water intrusion from our poor choice in roofers didn't leave our home filled with mold. Please do a deep dive before you hire a roofing company. I thought we had done our research, but digging deeper now we see so much we missed. Find an honorable company that will stand by their work. You don't want to fear not getting home in time before a rain storm to set out your buckets throughout your home, or worry that mold is growing around the walls surrounding your children and family. Don't make the same mistake we made. read more

Just wanted to give a shout out to Larry Lewsader and his crew. They put a new metal roof on my house and it LOOKS FANTASTIC. They did an amazing job. Very professional and nice. The crew were great , kept all trash picked up . Anyone looking to put a new roof on you cant go wrong with Southwest Roofing. also the price was alot better than the other companies that came a gave me an estimates. Thank you Larry!!! read more

First Star immediately blamed my solar panels, but my solar company confirmed the leak was nowhere near their system. An independent roofer later confirmed that the attic ventilation was not properly addressed, the roof decking is compromised, and there are now five separate leaks. The results have been devastating: costly mold remediation, multiple ceiling repairs, and two years of mold-related health issues. This is exactly what I paid First Star to prevent. To make matters worse, I've called and emailed repeatedly--including to the Director of Operations and the owner--for over six weeks without a single response. First Star not only failed to deliver on their promises but left me with tens of thousands in damage. I would strongly warn others not to trust them with your home.

I had called a stone mason, i think that is how he got my name and address. He said he could rock my house for $57,000. He showed me some picture, supposedly of their company's work. I had investigated and knew i needed a footing, which cost me an additional $762, and he could us rock veneer which is real rock about 2" thick. A crew showed up in about a week and put wire and concrete all on almost all of my house. Then a load of cement rock showed up. I had already paid him $27,500 at this point. I called him and told him we had agreed on real rock. He said it was a mistake and tried to blame it on his rock mason. Needless to say he scammed me out of another $14,500 and nothing more happened with the work. If you have been scammed by this company file a complaint at: http://reportfraud.ftc,gov/assistant. My attorney says this is the first place to start, then get yourself an attorney.

What he didn't expect, was me surviving pancreatic cancer. There's a law called "senior abuse" I could've taken. But I was too busy trying to survive cancer. This is his character. He did Not show up to court to plead his case. He had a chance to tell his story to the judge. He lost the case because. 1. He was a no show. 2. I had overwhelming facts and pictures. Stay away from this guy. High risk.

I hired Troy Linch aka Custom siding and windows to replace 5 widows and 1 slider door. We went…read moreover what I wanted and he gave me an estimate for $5600 to replace these in wicker color. I gave Troy a $3,000 down on April 31st. It took till mid October of 2021. Troy showed up with the wrong amount of widows, wrong sizes, in fact, 1 window had another person's name on it. For sure it wasn't for my replacement. He had a Lowes cheap bright white slider and installed it so poorly that it leaked cold air, water (moisture) used spray foam to attempt to seal it and got styrofoam spray all over my floors, walls, deck and slider frame. After 2 attempts to install slider he installed it with a bow on the top header so door tubs when you open it. I fired him and he took the $3000 down and never returned my money. I won a case in small claims court on this. I wish I was able to post pictures on this review. Stay away from this guy. Hire him at your own risk
