An exceptional massage, one of the best I have ever had in more than 30 years of getting them. You ask "what is so different about Southwest Wellness and the owner Sarah W that would cause you to say this?" Sarah has spent years studying a variety of different massage techniques to include Thai, Chinese Accu-Pressure, Swedish, Relaxation, Reflexology and others and has taken the best parts of each and interwoven them into her own distinct style. I had come into the office after working a wildfire mitigation project and I was beat up. Neck, shoulders, back, legs and feet had all been impacted by the hard strenuous work in the field and having not lived here, I was looking for a therapy who could treat an out of town client in a short period of time before flying out. Southwest Wellness came up as a business who provided prompt response times which I needed and she did. I called to leave a voicemail and it said that texting would be the most time effective way to get a response which I did. After making my massage inquiry and being accepted as a client, I was on the table in a couple of hours. Sarah is an extremely pleasant individual who shows care for the individual therapeutic needs of her clients. She discusses issues and then goes right to work on them. Southwest Wellness offers 60 or 90 minutes sessions, I chose the 90 minute session. Sarah then proceeded to apply various massage techniques to my entire body. The foot reflexology is outstanding and she went through a variety of accu-pressure and stretching movements to loosen up my legs and back. Her techniques were actually able to work stubborn areas of my body that no other technician has ever been able to accomplish. Hands down - one of the absolute best massages I have ever had in my life. If you need customized massage therapy, Southwest Wellness and Sarah should be who you call first. You will not regret it. read more

I've received deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy from Sarah and she is amazing! From the first visit I was impressed with her skill level and open, comfortable demeanor. She's easy to talk to but let's you relax in silence if you want. I'm pretty sure I fell asleep during my second visit lol. The setup is clean, private (just one room), and always the perfect temperature. I never feel rushed and she has given me helpful tips for continuous healing and maintenance in-between sessions. I'm so glad I found Sarah and look forward to receiving regular massages from her going forward as part of my overall health and wellness efforts! read more

The first time in a VERY long time I've been reduced to HAPPY tears during a massage! Sarah is amazing. I'm soo fortunate that I found her in my search for a massage therapist. The entire experience from start to finish has been perfect, from the quiet personal space where the massage takes place to the soothing music and essential oils. Sarah has been so patient and kind. She's very attentive to me as a client; listening to my body throughout the massage to perform movements that are only beneficial, which I appreciate. I love that she incorporates stretching in with traditional massage movements. I've left each session thus far completely relaxed and counting the days for my next massage. I highly recommend Sarah if you are looking for a great massage experience. She is truly gifted read more

Traveling in the area, working, and sleeping on a not so comfortable bed. Decided to treat myself to a 2 hour massage. Got a referral for Sarah and she accommodated my late evening schedule. I get massages on a regular basis and I am very picky about who I use and who I return to; I will definitely be back here. The space was comfortable and relaxing. Sarah was pleasant and professional. The massage was a great blend of techniques with a perfect balance of deep tissue, stretching, and relaxing fluid motion. I left the table feeling taller, relaxed, and energized.
