Excellent service like this needs to be known to the community! Very reliable and fast responses. I would've been completely out of a car but thanks to Cesar a huge weight was lifted!!! Thank you sooo much and I appreciate you! Will recommend to anyone I know who needs mechanic work!!

From the day I contacted Cesar about my car he was very professional, responsive, and helpful. The…read moreday I took the car in it had to be towed and he didn't have any issues with that he took my car in and performed a diagnostics confirmed that it was my water pump that had to be replaced and then also made me aware that my thermostat housing was going to need to be replaced as well. He worked with me found me the part for a great deal I went to go pick it up brought it back and he had it installed very easily. Once both parts were in he verified that no more leaks were present he showed me he started the vehicle and cleared off my check engine light. I felt safe and confident that I left my car in the hands of a great honest hard working man like Cesar I'm happy that my car is up and running great again I will most definitely recommend his services to my close friends. Not being from El Paso and still being new to the area can always add more stress to the situation of having car troubles but Cesar really helped ease that with the service and communication he provided thank you again I really appreciate it.

My old truck has been very good to me the last few years, so I decided to reward it with a new…read moreexhaust (from muffler back). I shopped around at a couple other places nearby with good yelp reviews and was disappointed in either their price or attitude or lack of muffler inventory. Goes to show yelp reviews aren't always foolproof I guess. In desperation I decided to extend my search to central EP, and wound up at Montana Muffler. The place ain't much to look at, but boy is David a breath of fresh air in the customer service department. He took a genuine interest in me and my truck and the questions/ideas I had; and despite being semi-busy, he discussed our options and pricing at length. The end result was good pricing for a great job, and the muffler and pipes I actually wanted! He threw in the USA made chrome tips for a heck of a price at the end too. I'm happy, my truck is happy (I think), and my bank account is happy. More businesses should aim for that sort of satisfaction.

Richard took a test drive and confirmed the new brakes were safe and a little noise was common with the rotor and pad combination installed. He recommended I drive it for a few hundred miles and if still concerned return and he would install a quieter set of pads. He wished me well and didn't charge me for the polite advice.

My car 2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee had a failure with the window and door lock controls on the drivers…read moredoor, they all stopped working. Worse yet the problem started moving toward the center of the car and other controls stopped working. I called and made an appointment at Alameda Auto electric. The best part was they LISTENED to every word I said. The technician "Maraio" listened and analyzed the problem. Mario worked on the problem and on the same day fixed all that was wrong.. I swear that he must know as much about the system as the designer. I have never had as good an experience with car repair as Alamo Auto Electric. This is a great place. I recommend them for everything. Great job guys. Thank you.

I brought my daughter's car here because the battery wouldn't hold a charge. sure enough it had to…read morebe replaced. but then one of the O2 sensors was bad so that had to be done along with a few other items. The total bill ended up being $1300. No problem, this was my baby girl's first car so I said do it all. Got the car back and the new battery was dead by morning. Turns out this car had a module that will randomly turn on electrical stuff when it goes bad and it kills the battery. Took a month to get the old module rebuilt and cost $2000. But the worst part is that things that worked before now NO LONGER WORK such as the AC on/off switch. Also the back windows no longer roll down. Items that worked before bringing the car there. When I called to inquire about it, the response was "We can take a look at it". Not: 'I'm sorry that you're having issues since we've worked on your car, let me take care of that for you'. They wanted me to spend more money to get shit fixed that wasn't an issue before I brought them the car in the first place. I had already spent well over $3k getting this car "fixed" and now more stuff is broken on it, NAH, I'm not spending anymore money at this scam mechanic so that the can bleed me dry. Enough is enough. If you can, avoid this place at all costs because they will "fix" one thing and then you'll end up needing them to "fix" something else that wasn't a problem until you brought it to them. I expected I higher level of customer service after spending so much money. I was wrong. They're nothing but a bunch of SCAM ARTISTS!
