Frustrating experience with a complete failure to communicate or deliver on time…read more I placed a pre-paid order (Order: 6953830982) after hours on June 11, 2026, for same-day pickup of a laminated poster and brochures the next day. On June 12, 2026 they called while I was in a client meeting and left a voice mail saying they couldn't laminate the poster. I returned their call at 5:33 PM that same day. When I arrived at 7:30pm the store to at least pick up the brochures, I discovered they hadn't even been printed. Unbelievably, the employee at the counter claimed they held up the entire order because they were waiting for the return call I had already made. They told me to call the next day because they might be done. They weren't. On Saturday, after the actual event I needed the laminated poster for had already passed, I went back to the store. The employee admitted the brochures still weren't printed but promised to run them immediately if I waited 20 minutes. I waited in the store for over 20 minutes, only to be approached by a manager named Carlos with a completely different story: they actually had the laminate all along, but someone had broken the machine. I left the store empty-handed yet again...no brochures, which I can still use and no poster (which is now useless to me as the event is over). To top it off, Carlos then asked me to drive back a third time at noon on Sunday just to see if they could get it resolved. This location dragged me along with conflicting stories, empty promises, and endless wasted time. Because of their severe lack of organization and communication, I missed my deadline entirely. Avoid their print services if you have a schedule to keep.

She rolled her eyes and threw her phone down on the counter after just sitting there on her phone the whole time. she was well over 30 years old, so to be acting like that at her job is crazy. Someone needs to hire a more professional associate. I live right by this location and now I have to be going to other locations that have a quality customer service and not lazy rude people.

My entire experience was great, but Matt in Copy and Print made it truly special. That area hasn't…read morealways been where I've had the best experiences, so this really stood out. I first met Matt on the floor, where he greeted me warmly and clearly answered my print questions even though he wasn't working in that area. When I was ready to print, he was helping in Copy and Print, which was very busy with multiple customers. At first, I was looking for a female employee to help me, as the medical images I needed to copy could be uncomfortable. When I spoke with Matt about this, he was incredibly kind, professional, and respectful, and I felt genuinely heard and seen. I expected to come back the next day due to the size of my order, but Matt told me it would be ready in five minutes, and it was. While I waited, I watched him help many people with the same level of care, respect, and attention to their time. He truly seems to enjoy helping others. I don't know his political affiliation, and it doesn't matter, I just keep thinking, I want to be around more people like that. I guess he's part of the "treat people with respect" party. It's people like Matt who genuinely make life better. A very valuable experience.

I asked the staff and was told they just started setting up the Party City section and will soon have helium for balloons. We are super excited about the availability of party supplies near us since the standalone Party City supply store is gone.

Parking 3/5 Challenging at best as these store front in the shopping center share parking and the lot is hectic. Service Requested 5/5 Great service at this location dispite its smaller lobby size. I needed to ship Amazon returns and was greeted by a helpful employee! Value 5/5 Returns are generally free if you use prime and preferred suppliers. Today I was in that category and my big box return was free. Fortunate to have stumbled into this store while my wife was getting a hair color rescue. Simple as retrieving a few boxes from the vehicle nearby. Ship well my friends-SYOY!
