I was already seeing a rheumatologist that said my case is complicated and needed a second opinion from another rheumatologist. I'm not going to waste time with this place. The phone operators are likely outsourced to India and are completely incompetent with scheduling matters It was a complete waste of time. This place needs to hire qualified providers or shut down. I'm also a provider myself and I find this appalling. Anyone with rheumatological conditions should not waste their time or increase cortisol levels dealing with this practice.
