I had the work done and when I got out on the highway my car was pulling to the right. I took my car back and was told it would cost me to have another alignment done. I explained I had just paid $2300 to have the work done and thought they would honor their work. Nope, I only had a onetime alignment and there was no guarantee on it. Safe to say it is the last time my wife and I take our cars there. They definitely just lost returning customers for a wheel alignment they should have done, since they didn't do it right to begin with.
