I applied online for a pick up truck. Pennie was not very communicative. She told me I would receive a call from finance in a couple of minutes after an hour. I texted her that I had not received a call. She left me unread until I texted her again asking for the manager's phone number and name which she texted back "John!" I wish she was paid to do her job and it's entirety. It takes two seconds to send a text and the fact that she can only send one word. Let me know how lazy this dealership is. So if you are buying from this dealership know when they tell you their mechanic checked out the vehicle he is not an ASE Certified mechanic so if you want to know the car is sound and in good working order you just pay to have it done yourself. I went to check out a car for a second vehicle. Started the car, looked in the engine and underneath. It had a transmission leak, oil leak, cv axle boots were torn, axle seals leaking, several hanger bolts for the catalytic converter were torn. I walked away instantly. Will never go back or recommend this place. They stated they were not going to fix these issues either with thier 15 day 500 mile warranty. read more

You never know if you can trust them. I saw a posting that led me to Southwest Auto credit. I contaced John about the price and arranged a test drive for the car. It was amazing! I still wanted to have my mechanic check it out. And John encouraged me to. After my mechanic found some issues. John and the team at southwest auto credit were able to remedy the problems. I bought the car and I'm happy I did. John was very easy to talk to. I felt like I could be plain and clear. Most other car salesmen seem like they are just playing games. I wouldnt reccommend Southwest auto credit to my worst enemy. All they do is scam hard working people out of there money. We bought a car from them, it got stolen. I spent over $1000 fixing it and installing an alarm. According to them the alarm interfered with the gps they had on the car, which we were never told it had. They repossessed it anbdwe got it back with the alarm dismantled. I asked to have it hooked back up but refused. After a week or two we started to experiance starting issues an d had to disconnect the battery to get it to start. After calling them and letting them know what was going on they said the theres nothing they could do and if we wanted them to look at it, they were gonna charge us. They repossessed it again claiminng we broke the contract by tamepring with the gps. Need less to say we lost the $2900 we paid on the car plus the $1200 i spent fixing it after it got stolen and the guy atvthe dealership was extremely rude to both me and my wofe. Without a doubt, you will regret buying a car from this dealership. The entire operation is run from a buyer beware standpoint. My car was full of issues which they knew about but did not disclose to me. Countless hollow and broken promises. Financing through them was equally disappointing, with them refusing to say a price out loud, but rather repeating the phrase "but how much can you afford per month". My AWD vehicle came with the different types of tires on it, when I reached out to my sales person about it, i got silence. The right door handle was busted. If i could give zero stars i would. This car dealership is a joke i only had my car for a few months when it started giving me problems this last time i tried to take it in i spoke with sara who told me to bring it in so my mom and my daughter were going to take it in for me because i had to catch a flight. And they tried to start it and it wouldnt start so i called back and spoke with kim who had shut the car off (obviously they dont communicate) anyway kim shut my car off because i didnt pay it and i said ill pay it when it gets fixed right! So a week later when i got back into town i called to get the status of my car repair and kim gets on the phone and says it was now a repossession which is bullshit! I owe one payment! Everytime i call to take it in this kim bitch butts in every time and every month she harasses people when you dont even pay your car payment to them ! I put 3000 dollars down on this car. Plus the few payments i put into it! I got ripped off they sell you shitty cars and then dont want to give you your money ! They are rude and very unprofessional!
