I had originally had my front and passenger front side windows tinted at 70 and it made a WORLD of difference in the heat inside my vehicle - hoping it will save my leather and other belongings inside. They mentioned at the time that my front windshield is what let's the heat in mostly - and would be great for my protection during long drives - keep the UV rays out and lessen the heat coming into my car - and the team at BSB was right! I am very appreciative of their help in support in keepnig my car safe and less hot inside. It has made the world of difference. I was searching for a good place for window tint and PPF wrap for my BMW M4 on Yelp, and Erik from BSB is the first to contact me with detailed services they offer. I took a trip to the shop where I met Tony, which took his time to understand what I needed and gave me some great recommendations with competitive pricing. Later I requested to take a look at the PPF film options, they drop of a nice collection of samples at my place which shows how they value customer service and make every customer feel so special. When I decided on a PPF film, Tony and his team quickly got to work and completed the window tint and PPF film in a matter of a few days. When I unfortunately scratched my car at a parking garage, the PPF film protected my car's paint perfectly, showing the quality of their material and work. They also offered free shuttle to get me home after I dropped off the vehicle. Throughout the whole experience, Tony and his team are extremely helpful, professional and customer-centered, which makes me feel that I'm not just any customer. Their work and material are amazing, but I would say the real value is their customer service. He reached back out within a week (during the week of Thanksgiving none the less) to schedule a date and time for me to bring the bike in. Chico even opened his shop and hour early so I could drop my bike off and make work on time.
