This past weekend I had a custom-made Veggie Skillet, which they made upon request. There is no meatless skillet on the menu, but I just advised which veggies and cheese to add and it was delicious and filling. You get hash browns served in a mini skillet, topped with whatever meat and/or veggie you choose, topped with eggs cooked your way, and a side of toast (I had marble rye, which I love). The two ladies waiting tables offered refills on coffee frequently and were very pleasant. My husband had a traditional eggs/hash browns/bacon/toast platter and loved it.
