I hate leaving a review of a cemetery/crematorium, however these folks deserve 10 stars. I had to say farewell to my beloved fur child, and didn't want him sitting for days after he passed. I wish I could recall names, but it was a rough day. Upon calling, everyone was amazing on the phone. I had my vet call to notify them I was on my way. Of course I arrived hysterical with my beloved. The compassion and empathy shown by the 4 kind souls working was incredible! The respect given to me and my fur baby was phenomenal, and priceless for my healing process. Everything was explained, and I was offered a time to reflect. If this is how pet parents are treated, I imagine families are made very comfortable during difficult times. The grounds were beautiful, and the people working there are truly gifts to grieving families! The heartfelt cards I received after reflect that this business truly does care. Many thanks! read more
