These guys were hired by out neighbor to cut down two big trees in his yard. They have had their…read morebucket truck parked on the street in front of our mailbox (and another neighbor's) for almost a week now, and the person who delivers our mail has stopped doing so until they move their truck. Calls to the company have so far gone unanswered. Personally, I would never hire them strictly based on that. It seems unprofessional to leave equipment at a job site, spefically a bucket truck blocking access to neighbor's mailboxes.

So last March, 2018, I called him to give me his price on taking down a tree. . .took him a couple weeks to get me his price, which was very reasonable, so I set it up with him to take it down. I told him I was not in any hurry, he could do it any time it was convenient for him, but by mid June, however, I still had not seen or heard from him, so I got in touch with him. . .long and short of it, he sent me a text to tell me he would be over the following week to take it down and that was the last time I heard from him. I sent him a text to ask if he planned on doing it or did he want me to find someone else and he never responded to that question. So, I have given up on him and can only believe he's gotten out of the tree business because his full time fireman position has taken over. A simple reply telling me to go ahead and find someone else to do the job would have been the courteous thing to do instead of leaving me hanging.

They took out 6 large trees and additional branches of trees to clear a path to the neighbors property. This destroyed our back tree cover and we can now see into our neighbors windows. I have been trying to reach the owner for 3 months to get the damage fixed and have received no contact following my calls, email or better business bureau contact. They also drove their truck through our burn ring. Strongly recommend against using this company.

I noticed water had come in and deteriorated a portion of plaster in the wall as well as water trails coming out of that area running down. When noticed this got with Tim Scott and he looked at the area said it's wasn't wet, but of course it had dried it was two days later. Also had some cracking in ceiling plaster as well. Scott said he'd have a plaster guy he knew get ahold of me and never head a word. Called Scott left messages never would answer my call or return my calls.
