He was back out a couple days later, communicating by text when he would come. He had a full crew and tackled everything in just a little over an hour. The work was completed to BETTER than my expectations! They did an amazing job, quickly. They were friendly and professional. Total cost was well over $1000. In order to get a bobcat into the backyard the fence was dismantled. When it came time to list the house the lawn looked worse than it originally did despite watering regularly. Not only did grass not grow, weeds grew rampant. It turned my yard into a mud pit and weed field. Don't trust me trust the attached pics. I called, texted Paul on multiple occasions to reinstall the fence he removed and asked him to resolve the lawn and weed issues. When he finally called back I was told that the grass seed only works 60% of the time. This information would have been useful before I spent $1000 to ruin my lawn and fence. Paul never fixed the issues, never warrantied his work and never called me back despite leaving multiple voicemails and texts requesting follow up. I ended up giving the buyers of the house a $1k credit and told them not to use this company. It was a complete waste of my time and money. Don't waste $2k like I did. Instead hire a professional landscaper.

I highly recommend this family-run business for any concrete work you might need. We have a very…read morelong driveway that had some sections needing repair after years and heavy equipment on it, also a corner of driveway right along the house had settled and when it rained water would flow in along the foundation. After removing the damaged sections it turns out a drainage pipe had been crushed under the driveway and water had eroded beneath the garage requiring more extensive work and repair. They were fantastic, very flexible with their original estimate and helped us decide on adjusting the scope of the job to accommodate the additional work needed. Their pricing is extremely fair and reasonable also. They did a beautiful job, the concrete pour was great and they graded everything so that water now drains beautifully where we want it to go and away from the foundation. The entire crew was extremely friendly and conscientious, and they took great care to cover surrounding walls, foundation, etc with plastic so nothing got spattered during the pour. They also cleaned up everything beautifully afterwards, right down to replacing sod along the driveway and landscaping fabric and rocks in a garden area. They also did extensive concrete work for my in-laws who were equally pleased with their work. Highly recommend!

We're left with cracked concrete and stain all over our house, when all we wanted was a little patio. It's a lose/lose situation for both of us. We don't want our money back, just what was promised.
