Basically could not do anything for me. Then found a head not pooped up and asked me if i wanted it changed while they were here. Changed the head which took 5 mins. Then billed me for 2 hours of labor without even fixing why i hired them in the first place! They were on my property for 35 mins tops. I stayed home and waited but no one came. I called repeatedly and then didn't have an answer when someone would arrive. Ultimately, someone arrived at 1:45 p.m. -- almost two hours late. Very, very unreliable. When you pay for Gold Star service, you expect Gold Star service.
