I stopped buy to test drive a new Ford as we were considering them as one of our options for a new car. I was pointed to Jeff Spooner as I entered the dealership. I explained to Jeff that I just wanted to test drive a Focus as I hadn't before and wanted to get a feel for it. Jeff had me setup in a test drive in just a few minutes. When I returned he had run the numbers and had a sales sheet with all of the current incentives laid out for me that I could take home. I stopped by the next day and Jeff wasn't there, but was helped by Mark who took my trade-in to get appraised. This took about 10-15 minutes and I got what I was looking for from the car. Mark worked up the final numbers for me and couldn't have been more helpful. I ended up buying the car through them and couldn't have been happier with the experience. I took my 2014 Edge in for service recently. I bought two new front tires and wanted an oil change. The service lady calls me an hour later to tell me their tech broke my wheel locks when he was trying to remove the tire (the locks were purchased in 2015) and wanted to know if I wanted the same ones as a replacement or just standard lug nuts. I said that I wanted the same locks and she told me she would call me back. 15 minutes later I get a phone call telling me it will be an additional $50 to install the lock nuts. Whaaaaaat? You broke my locks and want ME to pay to replace them? Wow, okay... just give me the regular lug nuts. She says that will be $20 --- Here's the kicker... I paid $20 for the locking lug nuts and that was with installation. Needless to say, I will be taking my car somewhere else from now on. You dealership employees are off your rockers. read more

My salesman was Jeff Spooner, if your looking for great help and no fooling around, he is your guy. The dealership itself also did a great job helping me find the vehicle I turned in the day after to locate my sunglass clips (which I LOVE!) that I had accidentally left in the overhead comportment. It was no quick,easy task but everyone involved did it happily and with a smile...even though I know in my heart they were thinking, "come on lady...it's a pair of sunglass clips lol." Had no problems. Didn't have Escape that we wanted In color or all wheel drive and other options we wanted. In 2 Days they had found one and called and we picked it up 2 days later.
