There have been many times when I wouldn't even know they were there until they knocked on the door to let us know they were finished. They once even changed my tires right in my mechanic's parking lot. I paid with Venmo and never actually even saw them. We had no face-to-face interaction. It literally doesn't get easier than that. Of course you don't build that kind of trust overnight, but give them time and Spot on Tires will earn it. I've seen them work in the rain and in the ice. They do whatever needs to be done to take care of their customers. They have plenty of options to choose from and seem to keep many in stock. The tires that aren't in stock have always arrived very quickly - sometimes even the same day. If you're not sure what you want, they will give you advice to help you make the right choice. I used to compare prices every time. I don't check very often anymore because the prices have always been competitive with the local market. They can get top-end brands down to "budget" brands that won't break the bank. They also have rebate offers available in some situations. Check with them to find out. If you want new tires, do yourself a favor and drive a few extra miles to Discount Tire. Better service, cheaper prices, more inventory, more locations, won't sell you the wrong tire specs for your car, or renege on the tire insurance "previous management incorrectly sold you and is now invalid" even though it was valid two tire replacements ago and should be valid for 45 more days. I've bought two sets of tires and zero chance I will buy more. In fact just today, Discount Tire replaced all 4 of my tires at half the cost and sold me the correct tire speed rating for my vehicle + road hazard insurance for the useful life of the tires. Pretty crazy I even had to replace 4 tires just 10.5 months after purchasing new ones from RNR, but they have no problem selling the wrong type of overpriced tires for your vehicle. It's only a problem when you need your third replacement in ten months. Run to Discount Tire. RNR may be close to your house but they are far from good.

I had mod the wheels from 17 too 18 and decided to go to Discount Tire ( where I get most of my tires over the years) to start at the wheels and all the basics before doing the tie rods. Turns out the Tires were ok, one off an ounce on balance. The issue was the Toes were out of whack, while on the rack to look at that one ( very good tech) looked and saw that the tie rods were perfect. I spent 140 bucks and the car drives like the day I bought it. Honesty and expertise pays off and so does excellent communication. They are a Waco staple.
