They asked for information about what type of tires I was looking for and gave me a quote on 2 different sets that met my requirements. Their prices, compared to even Discount Tire, were better than I could've expected. Not only that, they changed and balanced all 4 tires in the parking lot while I was working in about 30 minutes. Now, you're not going to get the free tire rotations and other services that those companies often provide when you buy your tires from them but if you're capable of doing that yourself then it's not an issue. We inched our way there... very slowly and scared that the tire would just roll off. I called to be sure they were open just in case. When we finally arrived about 45 mins later we explained our issue to Lance. He quickly propped up the car while we remained inside and looked underneath to see what the issue was. Turns out it was something other than the tire and since we're not from the area he took the time to call another shop down the street to make sure they could take care of the repair. He sent us over there and didn't even ask for payment for taking a look at the car. Once at the mechanic shop we found out that the repair was a little more extensive than we thought. Due to the car's age we'd have to go to a Kia Dealership for parts, etc. By this time we had a ride coming to get us from Waco and didn't know what to do. I called Lance back to ask for advice. Since we're not familiar with the area I asked if he happened to know of a spot where we might be able to park the car for a few days while we figured everything out. He was so nice and patient with us and allowed us to come back to his shop and park the car there. I had mod the wheels from 17 too 18 and decided to go to Discount Tire ( where I get most of my tires over the years) to start at the wheels and all the basics before doing the tie rods. Turns out the Tires were ok, one off an ounce on balance. The issue was the Toes were out of whack, while on the rack to look at that one ( very good tech) looked and saw that the tie rods were perfect.
