Jose, the new Manager is very attentive and customer-oriented. The mechanics - Alfredo, Renee and Carlos - are excellent in their attention to detail to about your car's general condition - not just the issue you may brought the car in for. My elderly mom went in to get four (4) new tires here, but she left with new tires and a faulty tire sensor that shows up on dashboard. She explained three times that this wasn't a problem before she got service there, talked to some Alfredo guy, but they dismissed her and told her she would have to get all four sensors replaced to fix it... a cost of $500. Don't take your vehicle there! A similar incident happened to my cousin weeks before, we thought it was a one time thing but now we will start taking our business elsewhere. read more

Ordered a New set of mud and snow tires for my truck. Order arrived next day , service manager called to confirm and schedule service. Everything went according to plan. Staff is very accommodating , waiting area has hot coffee and restrooms are super clean. The technician pointed out that the vehicle was due for an oil change. I gladly agreed. I exited the place with a new set of freshly balanced tires, wireless air pressure sensors recalibrated and brand new oil and filter. I appreciated how the service man looked over the whole under carriage and assured my vehicle was safe and sound. read more

So I call Friday the 16th Nov at about 9am to get my brakes checked out... I show up at 10am ... I show up to the counter everyone looks confused... I let the guy at front know that I was in for my brakes.... tells me that I'd have to wait for the manager because he doesn't know what or how to have new customers ... something to that extent ... so I wait ... after waiting 15 mins I left ... no customer service, no upfront pricing list, I call to speak to the manager later since no one was around in the office told them to fix their shitty customer service.... I receive a call later from Ray asking if I was the guy with the brakes... he apologized and asked if I can bring the car back , I told him the shitty to no service I received never again! read more

This place is the worst. I literally came in the morning when there was no customers to change ONE tire and the guy here just made me wait an hour for no reason and decided to change it when he felt like it. Better off going to pacific tire where you get a whole new set in 10 minutes. read more

They are rude and didn't really help me at all. Went this morning to get my tire fixed and they didn't even want to go through my insurance, I thought they were professional but I guess not. I've been there like twice and received bad service both times not going there again. I was traveling from Bakersfield to Northern California when for some reason my brake light came on. On July 3, Monday of the long Fourth of July weekend, many of the auto repair shops were closed in Delano, CA. Luckily, a gentleman from O'Reillys auto parts directed me to TF Tires. They agreed to take a look at my car for me. They drove it, and put it up on the lift to check out everything, and didn't find anything wrong. All in all, they spent an hour and a half trying to figure it out. In the meantime, the brake light had shut off and they were working fine. When I asked how much I owed them for their time, the gentleman told me "Nothing"!!! Unheard of in this day and age, and very much appreciated! If I lived in Delano, I would definitely take my car to this shop for tires and repairs! read more

On my way to Bakersfield from Fresno.my car broke down. I had it towed to the nearest auto shop. I was told it was my rear axle and it needed to be replaced. So I went to a wrecking yard and pulled one off an 02 Mercury Grand Marquis for my 02 Lincoln Town Car. I took it to them Saturday....it's now Friday and still not done and was told they need to disassemble the brakes because it's different. This is my only transportation and I need for work....so I haven't worked with the holidays around the corner this is real pain in the you know what... Our check engine light came on after a week of camping, pulling our camper. The scanner showed a manifold pressure problem. We stopped in and explained the problem, they scanned it and showed us what needed to be fixed (they don't do electrical) and assured us we are safe to drive home.
