Fast service but scratched my wheels. They also just left tire stickers on and over torqued my wheel locks stripping 1 of my studs. They don't screw nuts on first, they straight up use the gun at full speed.. If you have wheels you like I wouldn't bring it here in my opinion. Sorry to say but will not go here again. read more

We purchased Michelin primacy MXM4 low profile tires to replace the worn out ones. Though they didn't have them in stock, they ordered them for us and had them delivered and installed within two days. The price, including installation, was unmatched as well. This place was amazing! I was on my way to LA to help my daughter out; on the way there something hit our tire. The side was was ruined. Knowing I had a little extra time but not much, I called my insurance to send road side assistance, then I started to call local tire places. Pacific tire answered right away, was super friendly and gave me options over the phone. They even told me for $25 extra (I explained I was waiting for the tow truck company) they would tow my car to their place or they could fix it on the spot!! While on the phone with pacific tire, I received a message from my insurance saying they wouldn't be able to assist me for 75-95 minutes. Pacific Tire was to my location in less than 5 minutes!! Had my tire off and ready to go before my insurance got back to me. I canceled my insurance roadside. The guy Juan who helped me was amazing! Very polite and helpful. He fixed everything so quick! He even fixed the hole I had just noticed while the car was up. ‍ oh life! He was amazing! Thank you Pacific Tire and Juan! five stars!!! read more

Our run flat went flat an exit away from Pacific Tire. We pulled off the freeway safely and I checked Yelp for highly rated tire shops around me. Pacific was the one. Called, told them what was up. Their guy was at my car in just a few min. He pulled our tire, took it back to their shop to replace, came back and reinstalled the new one all in just more than 30 min. Pacific made a potential multi hour drama turn into what felt like a Formula 1 pit stop. I hope you don't have tire problems, but if you do and Pacific is close...give them a call. read more

Got a flat heading from Long Beach to Fresno (somewhere around Bakersfield), found this place on Yelp, pulled in and was immediately helped even with 6 other cars being worked on. It's obvious they have this down to a science. Got a used tire to match the treading on the others, it was 30 bucks and the whole thing took 20 minutes or less. Came here today because I was sure that one of my tires had a nail in it. Jose was able to help me out and sure enough there was a nail on the front right tire. He also advised me that I should consider getting new tires since he noticed the wear on the inner part of the tire (I definitely knew that I'd be needing them.) He was able to patch my tire and sent me on my way. It literally took less than 15 minutes (SCORE!) and the patching cost only $10.00 (SCORE AGAIN!) Thank you Jose. I'll be back for my new tires in 2 weeks hopefully!! I would def recommend coming to this tire shop for all your tire needs, blow outs, they don't charge you if you need air (SCORE AGAIN!), and tires are affordable! The whole process of getting the new tire took less time than our call with AAA, and the replacement tire cost about half of what I was expecting.
