I have used them on two separate occasions. 1.) As it started to heat up in Bakersfield, my starter went out. Luckily I didn't have any appointments, but my car was stuck and I didn't want to pay for a tow. I reached out to them, spoke with Erica, and Hil was able to help service my car and replace my starter in reasonable time at a fair price earlier than scheduled. 2.) Oil changes take up time given I have work to do and meetings to attend. Hil's Auto Service was able to come out to my business and complete my oil change, tire rotation, and service my AC all in the parking lot of our business complex. I was able to be in my office where I had everything to conduct business as usual and not lose any time or peace of mind because of the possibility of losing internet elsewhere. Not only do they physically come to you which makes it extremely convenient they also breakdown in extreme detail what your vehicle needs, cost, time of repair, and what services it may need in the near future.
