They ended up being booked out the whole following week, so we scheduled for the following Monday (so about a week and a day). I didnt mind because of the friendly service, the quote seemingly reasonable, and the car still being drivable in the mean time. We dropped the car off in the AM Monday and had it back Tuesday late afternoon. There was a short delay due to waiting on a part I guess! The car was fixed beautifully (well, as beautiful as a non replaced reattached bumper on an old teenage car can be...) and the quote was right on target with what we ended up having to pay. Had got my rear of vehicle hit and was sent…read moreby insurance to caliber collision, dropped vehicle off and when ready a week later I picked vehicle up, i got home and noticed the rear wheel where the collision happened was not aligned and vehicle drove poorly. I looked at the copy they gave me and seen all the repairs that were done do the car and it showed 4 parts of rear suspension that were charged to insurance. I looked under car and only a 90$ rear upper control arm was changed & the rest of the parts were still old & damaged as if they wanted to keep the money of the other parts that weren't installed. I took it back to the shop the manager claimed that it was his workers fault and forgot to install the parts but he still told me he had to go order the parts from dealership so just showed he never had the parts to begin with. After they fixed that issue when leaving the shop the vehicle would not stop shaking, I returned and he said he never aligned the vehicle but on the copy they also charged the insurance for an alignment. After that car still drove bad the manager offered to pay for another alignment and tires to be balanced. That didn't fix the issue i ended up taking it to another shop (Express collision center) and they found the rear subframe was bent and they replaced with a new one.
