I'll highly recommend nobody to use this place , it is full of low quality people that are going to try to make all the money they can from you , big warning , I took my girlfriends car that is a Chevy sonic 2017 because it was leaking oil , we previously took the car to a local mechanic, he estimated that an engine oil cooler replacement it was going to be from 380 to 422 plus labor 180 and ordered new parts 200 , so it was going to be around 1000 dollars which was ok to me , but I go to the Chevy dealer in Delano and the service department a guy called Francisco(frank ) asked for around 330 just to look at the car and to leave the car for 2 days just so they can give a estimate , after they did that they started to talk about the car having multiple issues and that was going to cost up to 2500 dollars. it sounded fishy to me, but they already had the car and we thought that they were the Chevy official dealership my partner who is owner of the car decided to just let them fix it , while they took almost 2 weeks with the car , we called other Chevy dealers in Bakersfield asking for prices to compare , and to our surprise the diagnostic for the car was only 180 with them wish is half of what the Delano Chevy ask for . They are going to ever charge you in every way possible, if your car has any problem they are going to try to find extra problems that your car may not have just to try to get money out of you , they can say that your car has this or that and they can show you pieces of parts that they have save so they can show you " proof " and there's is nothing you can do to prove other wise .they also left a dent in our car which I uploaded the pics of how they left our car after they gave it back , these people have no morals or values , make your self a favor and don't come here . read more

I took my car in for a warranty job, got done. It doesn't seem to have any problems with that, but they returned my vehicle with my stereo, back up camera, & steering wheel buttons not working properly. We called to get it fixed, took it in and they had it for 4 days just to say they couldn't because it didn't fall under the warranty since it wasn't OEM. The work they did to my vehicle had nothing to do with electrical stuff so they messed it up and now don't want to fix it and deny for us to speak to management. We'll... after being notified that my credit had dropped 35 points, and there is now a delinquent mark on my credit score, all because it took them 20 days to electronically pay off the car. We purchased a new Traverse just about a year ago. The red flags should have warned me off, but I was tired and REALLY WANTED to buy. The salesman ignored my concerns when I mentioned that I wanted extras. I think he felt my trade was a certain level vehicle without these upgrades, (a Tahoe LT)so why should I be wanting them in a new car? JERK! The truth was my LT was only the DVD players from being an LTZ. I was accustomed to all of the bells and whistles that come in the LTZ and was interested in THAT model. Be careful when buying a CPO vehicle. I was sold a vehicle that did not meet the GM CPO guidelines and to this day they still have not given me a or let me a look at a copy of their most up to date guide on the certification process. I just wanted to make sure i was not out of line asking for resolutions to problems because i had an out of date copy of the CPO guide. I just gave up on resolving the issues after months of leaving my car and picking it up to have to take it back again and not getting loaner vehicles as promised. I even advised them that a simple buff would not remove these defects in the paint but they did it any ways multiple times but still somehow expected it to work even though the other times didn't. I will give them they did repair the wheels which all 4 were curbed and they replaced the missing trim/molding but either one by itself should have disqualified the vehicle for CPO until repaired so how it got certified i don't know. Jeremy was probably the only person helpful in the entire dealership but management kept throwing him under the bus everytime i complained for some odd reason but i am not a fool Jeremy is a lower level employee he does not have the power to make the decisions for the things i was asking. So hats off to you Jeremy i hope you still work their but also hope you dont and found someplace better because they dont deserve an employee as good as you. Update 1/23/18 I didnt make that appointment and even then thats irrelevant. I also have all that i didnt need the inspection or benefits guide. I wanted the dealerships operations guide. Which instructs the dealership on how to inspect a vehicle for mechanical and cosmetic issues. Purchased two 2015 Chevy suburbans at this location. Called them for the first time ever recently to get warranty information from the service people. Spoke to Chris the "service desk manager" he provided me with false information. Talking about I couldn't come to Bakersfield to get my warranty covered. Confirmed that the information he gave me was false and was directed to talk to him again. Left him a message to call me back a few times and It never happened. Tried calling another person at the service desk and spoke to Arthur or Arturo and he was completely rude and no help at all. Ended up calling the Dealer manager he wasn't available I told the receptionist that I had to talk to someone ASAP To please give me corporate info and all of a sudden was directed to the contracts manager he was very helpful was able to give me info on my extended warranty had manners and gave me the information that I needed. After purchasing fleet vehicles, rec and personal vehicles at this location for many years I will say that I will never again go back to purchase anything from them again. Bad customer service. Being a former Delano resident I purchased two vehicles from them in the last 10 years. I am now in the market for a new truck and I decided to give them a shot once again. Seems like they're not interested in selling cars anymore. After calling the dealership twice and messaging the sales manager for a quote, I have yet to receive a response in over a week. Other dealerships called back with quotes within an hour or two and continue to call.
