In a short time, one of the two pizzas ordered came out. The nice lady explained one was ready but the second came out of the over with an issue, and they were remaking it. Kudos to them for catching that before headed out of the kitchen! Many would have just served it and waited for someone to complain. They did not, and that's great! I will definitely return!

I've given this place multiple chances, and unfortunately, the service has been consistently…read moredisappointing. The first time, I placed an order online, but they missed it entirely, and I had to wait for them to make my food. When I finally got home, I discovered they had forgotten the chicken from my order. I decided to give them another chance, but my next experience was just as frustrating. I was told my pizza would be ready in 40 minutes. I arrived 50 minutes later, only to find out they hadn't even put it in the oven yet. I was told it would be another six minutes, but I ended up waiting an additional 30 minutes. To make matters worse, I watched my pizza sit on the counter for five minutes while employees continued delivering pizzas to the dining room instead of handing mine over. Mistakes happen, but repeated order errors, inaccurate wait times, and a lack of urgency or consideration for waiting customers are unacceptable. After two experiences like this, I'm extremely disappointed and won't be in a hurry to give them a third chance. They need to do a much better job of managing online orders and treating their customers' time with respect.

The food has been good for what it is. The only thing I've heard a complaint about is the hot dogs since they appear to be those cheap chicken type of hot dogs and not full beef. The owner said to me in a rude tone, "my ice cream is homemade with the best ingredients so you don't need anything else to go with it like sprinkles." I had never been here before, but my wife had and he said to my wife, "why didn't you tell him I don't have sprinkles?" All around not a good experience and the ice cream wasn't even worth it. It tasted just the same as every other ice cream shop the difference is the other shops have much better pricing and sprinkles.

There are so many options for ice cream that our family decided on getting an "ice cream flight" - 4 generous scoops of ice cream so we could try each other's choices. Service was friendly, and even the customers coming in couldn't be more friendlier when there's ice cream. The bathrooms were very nice and clean. I highly recommend stopping here whether you're a local or passing through - you won't regret it.
