Russ is very…read morepassionate about his work, knows what he is talking about, and gave me a very fair price to do the job. I talked to several companies about this job (initially, we weren't sure if we were going to go back with real cedar that was originally on our house or the Nichiha cedar shake) that Russ recommended. I had many questions, and he answered all of them! His crew arrived on time and worked efficiently. My wife and I were initially nervous about how the shake siding would look compared to the real cedar we had before. But as you can see in the pictures, it turned out wonderfully, even better than we expected. Russ immediately followed up to ensure I was satisfied after the job was done. This is our second time using Russ. He also replaced the siding on two of our chimneys a few years ago and did a great job with that as well. Don't hesitate to contact Perfection Roofing & Siding for all your siding and roofing needs. We will definitely use them again!

I highly recommend Firebrand Roofing and owner Boaz Clark!…read more Boaz has worked with both my home in Chamblee and my mother's home in Madison, Georgia, and I couldn't be more impressed with the level of service he provides. At my mother's home, he went above and beyond by meeting with the insurance adjuster multiple times, documenting the hail damage with excellent photos, and advocating tirelessly to help get the roof approved for insurance coverage. His knowledge of the claims process and willingness to fight for his customers truly set him apart. At my home, Boaz inspected my roof, provided fair and detailed quotes for chimney repairs, deck staining, and roof washing, which we'll be moving forward with this fall. While he was already on the roof, he even took the time to perform a complimentary service by blowing leaves and debris out of the roof valleys around the chimney. That kind of attention to detail and customer care is rare. Boaz and the entire Firebrand Roofing team are professional, responsive, honest, and genuinely care about their customers. They show up when they say they will, communicate clearly, and do the little things that make a big difference. If you're looking for a roofing company you can trust, I wholeheartedly recommend Firebrand Roofing. You won't be disappointed!

From the very start communication with William was exceptional. he reached out to me both before and during the project, ensuring that I was informed and comfortable with everything happening. One of the highlights was their thoughtful approach--along with answering all my questions, William surprised me with cute swag gifts! It's these little gestures that really show how much they value their customers. Additionally, William offered to clear my roof of debris from overhanging trees, which was a thoughtful touch that I truly appreciated. Throughout the entire process, they worked quietly and took extra precautions to protect the area between our homes, making sure that everything remained tidy and safe. Based on these wonderful interactions, I would definitely choose Firebrand for any future roofing needs. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly set them apart!

Hired BlueBuilt to install new gutters, fascia, and crown molding…read more They removed the old gutters, then planned to leave me without gutters for 5 days. To their credit, they scrambled to get a crew in sooner but had also left a dumpster in my driveway, blocking my garage, and junk in my yard, while I was being told to wait through rainstorms without gutters while other customers take precedent due to "scheduling issues". The dumpster was picked up but the dumpster they brought in was overkill and the removal truck put gashes in my driveway. Additionally, while i was paying for crown molding on the entire house, they initially left out a section that was only later installed (at 6:30am when I woke up to hammering on my bedroom wall) after much pulling of teeth. Also damaged existing soffit the first day, said they would replace, later said they would not, then did replace but scuffed up all of the painted fascia. Brackets for the old downspouts were remove, but the exposed wood was not repainted. I had to ask for these to be repainted and not all of them ever were. They try to do their best but do not have their own gutter crews, did not manage them the crews they had, and did not communicate almost anything to me. Also gave me three different project managers, none of who had much idea of what was going on at any time. Clean up was minimal.
