My Chevy Malibu needed a new battery, and Dylan went above and beyond to get me back on the road. From the moment he greeted me, Dylan was polite, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. His mechanical expertise was obvious, and he took the time to answer my questions while making sure the battery was installed correctly. He never made me feel rushed and treated me with genuine kindness and respect. It's becoming harder to find customer service like this. Dylan's professionalism, positive attitude, and willingness to go the extra mile turned what could have been a stressful situation into a great experience. AutoZone is fortunate to have an employee like Dylan. He represents the company exceptionally well, and because of him, I'll gladly return to this location and recommend it to others. Thank you, Dylan, for your outstanding service!

Three employees, sitting together behind the counter, shooting the bull. I asked them where the small engine oil was. The guy that never stops yapping with his two buddies says "we're plotting the over throw of O'Reillys" and points over his shoulder behind him to a corner which is blocked by a parts cart full of returns and batteries and assorted unorganized parts. Not one of the three bothered to ask me if I needed help, but just kept up their BS session amongst themselves. Never even acknowledged me as I tried to move the cart out of the way. I put my basket with my other $50 worth of stuff and left. Good luck overthrowing OReilly bubba.

I told Cecil what was going on and he told me he had a duralast gold (new, not remanufactured) waiting for me at the store. He remembered my name when I came in 30 minutes later and swapped the alternators, the difference was about $230 in price for the new alternator, but he didn't charge me anything! I was shocked and really appreciated that he understood the situation. I went into the original location I got the two prior and they told me they'd charge me the difference for the next best (remanufactured) alternator plus a small discount (10% ) so I would've still been paying out of pocket for one. Needless to say, I know what location and who I will be getting my parts from. Cecil, thanks for helping me keep my wife and daughter safe.

Don't you just love when your check engine light comes on out of no where while you're driving on…read morethe road? Well, that happened to me recently and with my baby girl in the car. Normally, I wouldn't be so quick to take action, but with this new precious cargo in my backseat, I can't take any chances. I was almost home and remembered this AutoZone is right in the Publix shopping center I always go to so I thought, why don't I just go see if they have a code reader so I can at least get the code to help solve the problem. Or at least get to step one and help me know what the costs are going to be. When I walked in, no one was behind the counter but a gentleman quickly came over and asked how he could help. I told him my check engine light just came on and asked if he could plug in a code reader for me, and before I could even finish my question, he had already pulled it from the drawer below him and was ready to help. We walked out to my car in the parking lot, and he got everything all connected and quickly read off the code to me. He even wrote it on a post-it note for me to make sure I had it, which I then took a photo of in case I lost track of the post-it. I asked him what I owe, and he quickly told me I don't owe a thing, and to be safe. The sweetest guy and great experience!! I will certainly be back here for any future auto needs!

This statement formally advises against doing business with Atlas Auto Parts. The engine was…read morereceived with a broken thermostat, damaged pulley, significant front-end oil leak, and turbos consuming oil. Spark plugs and coils had been replaced with non-OEM, low-quality components prior to shipment. During the claim process, repeated requests for video evidence delayed resolution by several days. Additional inspection revealed a completely melted oil separator. As a result, replacement of pulleys, belts, spark plugs, coils, intercooler, and multiple front-end seals was required, totaling over $1,800 in additional costs beyond engine swap labor. The condition of the engine effectively required extensive rebuilding. Despite clear documentation, the total refund issued was only $375. The final cost, including parts and labor, exceeded $10860. Based on this experience, I do not recommend conducting any business with this seller

We were methodical about it... until we met the crew at Solo Motorsports. For the last 3 years now, we've had all of our service issues handled there and have never had a single complaint. They are a small shop, with high personal detail given to each customer. Each time either I or my wife walk in or even call... they know who we are. They've made practical suggestions to keep our vehicle running longer and then made fun suggestions to see if we wanted to turn our quiet unassuming family SUV into a yuppie rocket wagon from hell!! We have always said that this is one of those vehicles that we will own until it dies. With help from Solo Motorsports... we plan on enjoying it and keeping it running for as long as possible. I'm not sure I'd ever take it to an Audi Service Center again. We're spoiled now.

Realized this when I saw the charge on the card. Called to inquire why there is a difference. Was told that they charge 3% for processing any card payment, though it is not reflected on the invoice and neither did they say anything about it when taking the card. When I mentioned that I would have appreciated having been told about it at the time of payment as it would have allowed me to consider other forms of payment, the fee was refunded but the response that followed is what I can only categorize as rude and unpleasant. Not recommended.
