The Nana's Soul plate used to come with more than two ribs, then it was reduced to two, and now it's down to just one unless you pay extra for another. The plate also used to include all three sides--mac and cheese, collard greens, and beans--along with cornbread. Now you're limited to choosing only two sides, and the cornbread is gone.
